To be honest I was drawn by their catchy name. Upon arrival I was greeted by their welcoming staff. The waiting room was clean and offered free beverages. While waiting they popped in to let me know that my air filter didn't need to get replaced and showed it to me as well. While waiting I watched as they inspected my lights and vacuumed my vehicle. And just like that 15 minutes had passed by and my oil change was done. I didn't even get to finish the coffee I brewed! What service! I'll be back in 5k miles for my next oil change.

Said it would be a few days. They also found the heater core was leaking and needed to be replaced. I watched the youTube video on how to do this repair and could not believe the entire dash, steering column must be removed to the firewall to access the a/c unit! I love my Jeep and it may be old, but then so am I and I don't want a new car. Today John called and said it was ready, 3 working days, amazing. I am grateful to Hazel and John for taking on this "not so easy" labor intensive repair job. I am truly grateful and best if all, I once again have air conditioning. Thank You!!!!!

Superb Customer Service. Absolutely A++…read more We were traveling home, still more than 6 hours away, when our vehicle broke down. While arranging a tow, we called around and were recommended Budget Auto Repair. After speaking to them, we were able to get our vehicle secured at their location even though they would be closed two hours before we arrived. The following day, our vehicle's fuel pump was replaced and finished at the close of business. We were an hour away, but the good folks at Budget Auto Repair were more than happy to stay until we arrived to pick it up that evening so that we could resume our travels. Unfortunately our vehicle broke down again the next morning when we resumed travels, and we were about 45 minutes to the north of Jacksonville. After a brief troubleshooting call to Budget Auto Repair, they arranged for a tow back to the shop and an all-hands review of the issue. The problem was identified quickly as a faulty hose that was provided on the replacement fuel pump. They removed the tank, built a better hose, installed the new hose on the fuel pump, and had us back on the road in the early afternoon. We were stunned at the absolute attention to getting the vehicle running, even though the issue was a manufacturing defect and not an oversight on their part. The staff at Budget Auto Repair need superhero capes. They are an exceptional example of customer service at its best.
