I have to say that this was the very best body shop experience I have ever had. I have to admit i was skeptical since the insurance carrier of the guy that hit me really pushed one of their networked shops. I arrived and the agent who had an office in the facility estimated my car in about 15 minutes . I drive a Porsche and of course I have a tendency to use whomever the Porsche dealer recommended but I decided to interview the shop anyway. I met the guy in charge, Bob, a real car guy who was just professional to the core. In a 15 minutes conversation he totally won me over and I was intrigued by his claim that he could repair my bumper as opposed to replacing it. I think having the original parts is a good thing,but i have t tell you it did not look promising to me, but Bob made his case and it made sense. I saw the shop itself, you can always tell a well run shop just from looking and this was obviously a well run shop. I dropped my car off on Monday, Bob said he might have it back by Wed, but they found some underneath damage so I knew it would take an extra day or two. I picked the car up Friday and it looked brand new. There was absolutely no sign the car was ever damaged and i have a decent eye for these things. Running my hand over the damaged bumper and it is as smooth as a baby's butt. The car is perfect, PLUS they cleaned and detailed it to boot! The car looks fantastic. I am very pleased with the body work performed by Claude Nolan Collision. They did a superb job replacing my damaged side mirror, the trim around it, the passenger side window and all the painting involved due to my passenger side coming into contact with a huge garbage can on the side of the street. They worked with the insurance company and made sure my car was fixed correctly and perfectly. I keep my car in showroom condition at all times. I was so pleased that the car was just the same as before the accident. And believe me, I am hard to please. If there is anything that isn't right I will catch it in an instant. Not only was it fixed perfectly, it was returned cleaned and shiny inside and out. I also have to mention that all of the people I talked with at Claude Nolan Collision were extremely friendly and totally professional. I visited several body repair shops before choosing Claude Nolan. My initial impression was that the shop was very clean and organized. Steve Brennan gave me a friendly greeting and answered all my questions and concerns. Before providing me with the estimate for repairing my rear bumper, the mechanics removed the accident paint scratches and attempted to repair my bumper without a total replacement. This was the first body shop that took the time to see if there was a less costly repair than a full bumper replacement. Steve Brennan then gave me a fair estimate for the bumper replacement. I brought the car in for the repair after the replacement parts were received and my car was returned to me as scheduled. I didn't recognize my car as it looked like a brand new car. Besides fixing my bumper, they detailed my car and removed some scratches. The paint matched perfectly. I am thrilled with the job that was done. Recently my 3 year old granddaughter decided she wanted to practice writing her name. She selected the exterior surface of my rear passenger door as her writing surface and proceeded to write her name with a rock instead of a pen. We have had such great experiences and consistency with Claude Nolan Collision Center. We have had 2 cars that had insurance claims done a few years ago and they did a great job and better than before the accident. Recent we brought in 2 cars and we were paying out of pocket to be repaired. Steve took good care of us with a fair and upfront quote and at the end we paid what was quoted. He cared about what we thought about the work. They also did a great detail job on my older car that almost looked brand new. They can work magic. After a minor fender-bender with my Nissan, a friend recommended the body shop at Claude Nolan Cadillac for repairs. My first thought was that a Cadillac dealer would price like, well, a Cadillac, but that turned out not to be the case at all. Went to Claude Nolan collision center because I purchase my 2018 CT6 8 months ago and by going to automatic car washes I had water damage on the hood of car. Talked to Steve at Claude Nolan and he informed me that automatic car washes and then waxing and buffing a black vehicle at the same wash was bad and I should never buff a black car. Well they repainted my hood and it looks great. They completed the job In less than 2 days and I couldn't ask for a better job. The guarantee is for the live my car for as long as I owned it so what more can I ask for.
