    Came here to purchase some windshield wipers as I was due a change. They were quite expensive but I guess it's worth it ! Service was great , very helpful in locating which windshield wipers fits on my car.

    Funny story, I forgot to click complete on my online pickup order so when I came to the store, they could not find it. The Technician was so on top of it and time efficient. Without hesitation he started ringing up my items and got right ti retrieving them. He was so proactive with the who process that he even saved me $21 and had time in between to help another customer; all within 15 minutes. They have a reliable system that matches the best product for the your car and there's always a deal or two for you to save on it. Shoutout to Robert, you made my day man.

    !!! AWFUL PLACE. Staff is unfriendly & incompetent. Went across the street to Advance AutoParts instead and they were the best.

However, the…read moreservice I was provided by one of the staff from this establishment was beyond the call of duty. Victor was on his way home from work, grabbed dinner and saw me broke down in the turning lane in route home. Never met Victor previously but I am thankful I met him today! My battery died and I called my husband to come jump me. Victor saw me and checked on me to make sure I was ok and had someone coming to help. He stayed and checked my car to see how he could help turn it over or at least get it in neutral to move it out of traffic. He stayed till my husband arrived and then the two of them tried to get it turned over or in Neutral. When nothing worked, Victor drove home to get him jump box and then drove back to us!!! He attempted to use it to jump my car but it was too dead and his box wasn't charged enough. Next Victor got his own car and pulled in front of my car in the turning lane (traffic and all) and tried to jump it with the cables I had. After trying for several minutes it finally turned over but the VICTORy was short lived because my battery was just shot and wouldn't stay charged. Next step was to call a tow truck. Victor continued to stay with us and I had to drive home to get cash to pay the tow truck driver. Victor then drove my husband to Pep Boys so I could just drive straight to Pep Boys with the cash to pay the tow truck driver. After I arrived at Pep Boys, Victor wished us well and left to eat his cold dinner that had been sitting in his car for almost two hours!!! Victor was patient, polite, informative and extremely helpful in the chaotic time. His kindness was exactly what I needed and his information and helpfulness really made an impact in this event and I will be a loyal customer to whatever establishment Victor is or will be employed in! Victor needs a promotion! Best Service Ever! lol

I didn't bring my old battery with me since I planned to drop it off later, but the rep let me know they'll actually give you $22 when you bring in your old one to any AutoZone. Had no idea nice bonus! The location of this AutoZone is also a major win. The entire shopping center has everything you could need: get a haircut, grab groceries at Winn-Dixie, pick up lunch at one of the restaurants... honestly, you could plan a whole mini-day just around grabbing a part for your car or truck. Great service, great location--can't ask for more. Highly recommend this spot.

    I give this experience five stars. This morning, I took a…read moreside road which had an expected road sign. I was afraid Id hit the light of the sign and swerved but my mirror cracked from an already lose unit. I needed a mirror and fast under $25. At my nail Solon, a young lady suggested this pick and pull. Entry is $4 no matter what. Definitely wear shoes you don't care about and wear gloves . Step to the window and tell them why you're there. Pay admit $4 in cash but charge is okay when your find the part you need. $2 extra for card. I only had a par of pliers and a few men giggled and asked asked how I would get it off the car. I was handed apiece of paper, after doing research on the site ahead of time for the car and year I needed to match. My row was 144. It was a long sledge walk in slides ( I was fed up with calling around at that point). I found the row , and some comical roasts along the way ( see photo) but the actual models that fit my car were destroyed or already taken. I found a similar model that seemed to fit the measurements .. until I got back to my car. The part was $4. I paid in cash. I was given a receipt but told the part is as is. Posted photo after I ordered correct size from Amazon. I just did this temp. So I wouldn't get pulled over, and I need to see my blind spots!!

The only mistake I made was forgetting to remove my license plate and by the time I realized it, the car had already been crushed.

Of course due to my various health conditions and the pandemic, I haven't been able to post many lately. I have gone to discount and subsequently advance since the late '80s. I was concerned when advance bought out discount, but I was very pleased that I continued to receive the same great service and quality Products at reasonable prices. For the first time ever, I brought something back for a refund today. The gentleman that had greeted me and offered to help, immediately said (in a louder voice, apparently so the manager would hear) ' well that's going to require a managers approval'. I explained that the two items do not work to my satisfaction. One was supposed to bring back the shine on dull paint, And the other on black plastic trim. I explained but I had follow directions and got zero improvement on the pain in the first 2' x 2' square. And as for the product, That was supposed to help with the finish on the black plastic, it actually made it worse. He responded by explaining that all I could get would be a store credit, rather than a refund. I pointed out to him that I had only used a tiny amount of each product, that I had purchased the day before. I was dissatisfied with the results and was unaware of that return policy. He explained that was all he can do, and pointed out that it wasn't like he could sell them to anybody else. I offered to give them $20, if he could tell where I could use the product on the paint, pointing out the car was outside. I had gotten ZERO improvement. I said I guess it is my mistake, for not reading their return policy. So I agreed to take the store credit. When he put the information in for return of the two items he then told me I would have to put my credit card in. I said "I thought you said I could only get a store credit?" He replied "well that's what the computer is telling me to do. I Have to do what it says". I put my card in and got my refund. He said ' are you going to try to buy something different? I said if I do, it'll be at Another auto parts, because I won't be back here. He said 'why not, you got your refund? And they're not gonna have any different products there?' I said "YOU told me I could not get a refund that I could only get a store credit". It was only thanks to the computer, that I got my refund, apparently against his will. I said that it was because of that, but I would not be going back to another advance again. It's a shame that after decades, I tried to return two items and was treated to a lecture about why I cannot receive a refund. After going to my car I've looked at my receipts, and saw no mention Of the return policy. I don't recall seeing a sign that said all sales are final, or refunds only by store credit. He tried not to give me a refund, and didn't value my business!

Coming back from visiting my Dad in Lakewood, we decided to check out the O' Reilly's on Emerson. They had it in the front window. I like O'Reilly's, so I ask them if they have a rewards program. The man who waited on me, signed me right up. The other guy talked to us about the problems Magnums start having at 18500.00 miles and more. He told us about a few Diagnostic/repair places we could go to check the engine code that keeps lighting up. Both employees were impressive, more so than my usual store AZ.
