This was not happening for me, so I knew it was the fuel pump. After two hours the two truck came to my rescue in the cold and darkness. I brought the car to my home. Then on Monday, I called John's and asked if they could fix my car. I had several friends recommend them. I am so happy that I went there. They have a new customer for life! I live not far from this shop so I usually leave the car & they will call me when it is ready for pickup; that being said it has a nice waiting-area with TV, coffee & cold drinks, and there is a window behind the front counter to the service bays themselves. They always call me if there is a potential problem with the car (such as worn brake pads, or car being out-of-alignment, to name a couple) and let me know what additional service is needed, how much it will cost & when the car can be picked up & they always ask for my OK to proceed with the additional service.
