I literally walked in to caliber collision 25 minutes before they closed and I was greeted by Kim the front receptionist and I let her know my issue that I just needed to get some air in my tire. With all the issues I had, I will try to make this as brief as possible. The work was done quick, but.... I had to take it back twice to have repairs done or corrected. After reading all the negative reviews I thought I would do my own and set the record straight. I had some damage to my 2019 RDX someone backed in to my right rear wheel. Seeing it was not my fault I asked their insurance company if I can pick Caliber Collision. The reason I wanted them to do my car because I was rear ended on a vehicle I owned 2 years ago and they did a fantastic job. As always the front desk gals we personable, helpful and very knowledgeable. This time I got Katie who also did a traffic job in taking car of my needs. In fact, I got a text from her everyday telling me what progress was either done or going to be done. She also took care of getting me my rental car. I brought my car in on a Monday and picked it up the following a Tuesday. Of course I had some problems with the other persons insurance company but the manager Bobby stepped in and took care of everything. When I picked up the car it looked like a new car in a showroom. So my point here is look for Caliber Collusion first and save yourself some time and headaches. Tom read more

Got my car in ASAP and started the repair . Car was kept inform everyday and done on time ! Car looks great !!

So my brother is dealing with this company over a month. He went in with a bumper issue, and left with electrical issues grounded out the battery and the problem unsolved they repainted and remoled the old bumper, the grill was still buldging out. So we take my brothers vehicle to go get the defects fixed. The manager is Bobby Rodriguez, accuses my brother of hitting someone. Lol when my brother explained I park in the handicap no possible way. He was quick to agree. This place is a joke. I ask him why did corporate move to Texas and cant believe 4 more of these worthless places are.coming here. He gets a temper tantrum "whats corporate have to do with it as he walks in with my brother 30 seconds later, My brother comes out upset because this guy was trying to get out of his failure. Stay away from this place. I'll be contacting the news, corporate, and state attorney. 1 month plus for a bumper repair. I got phone records and pictures. He hides out in his office too. No professionalism if I ran my business this way I'd be dealing with consumer an agricultural affairs and the states attorney. Worthless... read more

My car was brought here after I was rear ended on JTB. They were extremely helpful and kept me updated as they underwent repairs. In the end, they found more damaged that ended up totaling my car. Throughout the entire process they were open, honest, and very helpful. I hope I don't ever get in another accident, but if I do, I will only come here! read more

I would not recommend this establishment for collision repairs. The people were extremely nice, but the repairs on my vehicle left quite a lot to be desired. My vehicle went back four times, and there are still things that were missed. It was an obvious case where the tech repairing my vehicle was either in a hurry and just wanted to get moved on to the next vehicle, or just didn't care to pay attention. I also find that there is no way my vehicle could have been looked over well before delivered back to me. Three of the times I took it back was simply for issues where pieces were just not put back on the vehicle. Even when I specifically pointed out each issue I saw, I still received it back with only part of the issues addressed. read more

Ask anyone on how they feel about being in an accident and you will get answers ranging from depression and a nauseated, twisted feeling in their stomach, to a feeling of "I don't have time for all this.....This is going to take forever and I am way too busy"! I have been there, I have felt these same feelings.......UNTIL I went to Caliber Collision. I had a situation that needed to be handled and didn't have a lot of "free" time to sit around a waiting room. I called the Merrill Road Location to see if they could do the work and when they could get to my situation. With a smile in her voice I was told " Right away, We are waiting for you to arrive". I was amazed!! When I arrived, I was greeted with the beautiful smiling face of Rebecca, immediately as I entered the door. I introduced myself and she contacted the gentlemen who were going to do the work. Before I knew it they had my key and were getting to work. They have 2 different insurance companies INSIDE their office to help with the paperwork. Within a small amount of time - my T&C was brought back around fixed and just like new! Hopefully you never have an accident, but if you do, I definitely trust Caliber Collision with the work on my automobiles.
