Eddie was straightforward throughout the process, and the amount of work involved was obvious once I saw that the bed had been removed to access and treat areas properly. When I found a few areas that I wanted touched up, Eddie immediately acknowledged it and worked with me to get it corrected. No excuses, no runaround.
