Two cars, two accidents, four months apart, and Alberto's team made both of them look brand new…read more My son's car got backed into about four months after he bought it, so we brought it here for the repair. Easy to work with from the start, priced very reasonably, and they had it done without dragging things out the way collision work sometimes can. It didn't feel rushed, but it didn't feel slow either, which is a hard balance to hit with body work. Then my daughter hit something on a dark, rainy highway on her way to work, driving my wife's car, and tore a chunk out of the lower bumper along with the driving light embedded in it. That meant a full bumper section replacement. Alberto gave us another very reasonable quote and had the car back to us in under a week. Fantastic work. You genuinely cannot tell either car was ever damaged. I'll always bring collision work to Alberto going forward, though I'm hoping I don't need to see him again for that particular reason. He does general mechanic work too, and based on how his body shop handles things, honest pricing, quality work, no runaround, I'm planning to give him a shot on that side of things as well.

After telling me she didn't know very much about what I was talking about, or what I was referring to, she asked to put me on hold, she sounded like she was 13 years old. The next person to answer was short and condescending while speaking with me and also very sarcastic and rude. I was really disappointed since I didn't even get to bring in my automobile to get looked at. This is really unfortunate. I'm not sure how they keep a business with such unprofessional and rude interactions. Will not refer! Customer experience -10!!!!!!!

6-months in and still VERY HAPPY! Smart PDR in Jacksonville is a one-of-a-kind, family-owned shop…read more The managing owner, Art was quick to provide a reasonable and fair quote (about one-third the price of the dealer recommended shops). Being an owner of high-end vehicles, I usually do not opt for the least expensive option. However, after seeing his work and putting a little extra trust in the outcome, I have been pleasantly surprised with all their work. My issues started with a delivery of a new MB Sprinter that completely missed quality control at the customizing shop. It had swirl marks and some rather large dents along the sides of the raised roof. A ceramic coating was also recommended by the dealer, their body shop and by Smart PDR so I added that too. They guys at Smart PDR worked tirelessly for over a week to fix and protect my Sprinter. They also didn't think twice about reworking a few areas of the ceramic coating that overlapped during the initial application. The amazing ceramic coating makes everything easier when it comes to keeping the black paint clean. To me, they were extremely fair and upstanding which speaks volumes to their character. After this experience I had them ceramic coat my wife's new Escalade too. This review comes six months after the initial work, and I am still very happy with everything! Thank you Smart PDR!

I was there less than an hour as they had to drop the bumper in order to replace the reflector and add a screw to hold it in after I checked out I realize they charged me for two hours of labor. I showed up to the appointment on time, and they immediately started work on my vehicle. Raymond was really friendly and easy to talk to. My vehicle was actually ready a little faster than quoted, which is always great, and not only that, but my price was actually under the quote! I didn't feel ripped off nor did I feel talked down to (an issue I've run into elsewhere as a woman, unfortunately).
