Mechanical repair 3/10, returned the car to me with a bent shock just because "it passed alignment"... doesnt mean the shock isn't dangerous to drive on. I chose to go to this shop instead of a national chain with my insurance because i wanted to support a local business but I should have been more thorough in my inspection before pickup.

It didn't feel rushed, but it didn't feel slow either, which is a hard balance to hit with body work. Then my daughter hit something on a dark, rainy highway on her way to work, driving my wife's car, and tore a chunk out of the lower bumper along with the driving light embedded in it.
