My car part arrived to their shop and was painted quickly. Once ready for repair, they called me in for installation. The installation took about 15 minutes and the Job was done professionally! Shout out to a Chandy - she's a sweetheart and really took a lot of stress out of the process! I had been in communication with a couple of other collision centers, and they gave me the runaround. Chandy was clear and concise; her team shopped around for an affordable replacement for my mirror. I'm very pleased with my service at SJC!

Finding a shop you can trust with an older vehicle isn't easy. I brought my Tacoma to Eddie's…read moreSmooth Refinishing for frame preservation and underbody restoration. Eddie was straightforward throughout the process, and the amount of work involved was obvious once I saw that the bed had been removed to access and treat areas properly. What impressed me most wasn't just the work itself, but how they handled a concern afterward. When I found a few areas that I wanted touched up, Eddie immediately acknowledged it and worked with me to get it corrected. No excuses, no runaround. That level of customer service is hard to find today. If you're looking for a shop that takes pride in its work and stands behind it, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eddie's Smooth Refinishing.

It looks like a brand new car (other than the headlights her husband had drilled holes into to let out the moisture - those will be replaced with new ones this coming weekend). This car had both rust and hail damage and all of those issues are now gone and she is thrilled with the result. Charlie also replaced the cowling where the windshield wipers come through. The time estimate he gave (at least 10 days) was an accurate reflection of the work that was needed to do the job right. She received a lesser estimate from a place that said it could be done in 3 days - not a chance!!!! The price paid for the value received was truly a bargain and worth the extra time it took to do the job right!!!! Thanks Charlie for the TERRIFIC JOB you did for my friend. It is a true reflection of your professionalism and ethics.
