Everyone I know goes here with all of their auto needs. Brad and his guys do it all. Specifically he specializes in making your jeep the most awesome vehicle on the road! They are magicians! Lift kits, wheels and tires, engine conversions, light kits, LED included, he can hook you up with tow packages, exhaust systems, sound system, heating and air conditioning, he can even change your vehicle from a 5 speed to an automatic and vice versa! Like I said... This man can do it all.. The sky's the limit. Also want to mention that I have been haggled by many 'sales men' and you will not get that at this shop. Family owned business with people that really care about your jeep and are dedicated to their craft. Excellent service, reasonable pricing on parts and quality work. They're pretty busy so you need to call ahead to book a time but they really know their way around the off-road Jeep Wrangler's and even took the time to work on my grand Cherokee. Really a great group. Super place to get any kind of off-road modifications or customization to your wrangler. I am sure these guys do great work, but I would stay away unless you have big project. I took my Jeep to them to discuss some work. They told me face to face yes we will take on the job, not a big job but several hours of work. I waited 3-4 weeks till I could get me an appointment, which is normal. The day prior to my appointment I called to see if I could bring it in that night, only to be told they had to push me out which was fine. I was thinking a few days, but they told me they had to push me out 2 months. They tried to tell me it was due to Covid, which was BS. I went there during Covid and they were in full swing. Why would you wait to the day prior when I called to tell me this? They pushed me out for 2 months because they got some big jobs where they could make more money. This is a bad business practice and I would not recommend them based their terrible customer service. They could have had a good customer, but now I will make sure any of my Jeep friends stay away from Overbuilt Customs and their poor business practices. Not a great way to run a business. read more
