Ask the clerk Natalie could I talk to the tech and she replied "customers can't talk to the techs." Then I asked to speak to manager. Leo (the manager) called me back a few minutes later and stated him and the tech would walk me out to explain what was going on in the morning. I went back the next morning my vehicle is already put back together and in line to be washed. I told Leo that I was was suppose to physically see what the issue was. He said your right, but they put it back together this morning. The so called master mechanic came out out and tried to explain what the issue was with installing the headlights and he was clueless. At this point, I was ready to leave with my vehicle. I did a walk around of the vehicle and the left headlight looks like it was kicked across the concrete face down. Leo said he knows it wasn't like that when I brought it there the previous morning. He would replace the headlight and make it right. I told him I would be back in a hour to pick up my vehicle. Came back and he said it was no charge for the labor for the work done. That does not replace the headlight. But at this point, I am ready to go. I start my car and check all of the lights: -my running lights do not work. -my fog lights do not work -and my left headlight is damaged After waiting hours for the techs to fix the issues and going back and forth with Leo, nothing is corrected. After 3 months when the owner toils is that it would be about 3 weeks to a month no problem 4 months later the car was done. $1800.00 yah right $3500. In car rentals on our end and another $1500. From the insurance company. They gave him $3800. For the wreck. This was a $10.600 paint job. Now to the work the paint color looks great we got it premixed from another paint store or he would of screwed it up. The blinkers don't work right. The paint was not cut right so I have to take the car to another body shop. Have all the work done again. You can see nothing but swirls scratch's in the paint.
