"Big Will" quoted him something…read morelike $4,000 worth of stuff, so my brother told him "hey, I need some time to think about this; that's a lot of money" and went home with nothing done to his truck. A couple days go by and he gives the shop another call to tell them he didn't want any work done. He decided his old truck wasn't worth $4,000 worth of mods. They told him "hey that's cool, we'll just cancel your order." About a month later, my brother checks his bank account after getting notified that a $200 charge just hit his account. So Big Will - the owner, mind you - said to him while he was in the shop "if $4,000 is too much, why don't you fill out this application; it's a soft credit check that will see if you qualify for monthly payments". So my brother filled out the form - not 100% sure what happened after that, but something went wrong. At this point you might be thinking "ah, simple mistake" - that's what my brother first thought. So he called them up, and now all their friendly, helpful personas evaporated and they refused to cancel his order or refund his money. "We already ordered your stuff, so you've gotta pay for it." He refused and made sure to cancel that order with his card. So another month goes by and now the shop is blowing up his phone "we haven't gotten paid" - but they haven't done anything. So after spending quite a bit of time on the phone with the credit line he unwittingly opened, he managed to cancel the order... we still don't know if he's getting refunded the money he's already spent. I normally don't do this sorta thing, but money's been tight for my brother, this has really stressed him out and it's been painful to watch him suffer with this frustration. My takeaway? I refuse to do any business with these people, and I encourage you to avoid them likewise.

Previously had the tires changed with no issues but this time using BWW only because they could take me same day just so happen to claim I "had corrosion on my rims (that's never been mentioned by any other tire shop) & that Is an additional MANDATORY charge to have the inside of "my rims buffed" once I've already agreed to just simply installing tires that I have. I will never use BWW again & recommend you to avoid it and use ANY other tire/rim shop around!

They said they fixed it but they forgot an o-ring making my tire go flat again, they when I went back they told me it was a nail which was a lie since I inspected the tire before handing it off. I had to buy a whole new tire and they still didn't fix the leaking issue when I came back for the last time they fixed it for free. And only becuase of the other manager. They couldn't even program the psi sensor correctly so now my car has a light that's constantly on and I can't see the tire pressure on any of tires. They said they would call me to fix it and never did. Horrible experience, dishonest people. Just had my A/C completely fixed! Would've been fixed before, but you know it's all a waiting game…read morewhen it comes to parts. Thought perhaps it needed a condenser and evaporator, but was blowing cold...just not really blowing at all. Figured out all that was needed was the fan & motor (all one piece). Eric ordered that from the local dealership, sent back the other parts (Which for once, I didn't have to pay for!) and just installed it today within 5-10 minutes and it all cost less than $400, labor and parts, three visits and everything all buttoned up. Amazing! He was even willing to come to ME to install it. Couldn't ask for a kinder, more honest mechanic anywhere. You people that are going elsewhere are NUTS! He even came in last Sunday to work on it simply because it was my only day off! NOBODY does that! I'll be going back for everything from now on.
