I've used this business twice...should of learned my lesson from the first experience. About a year ago I had some damage from a tree that scratched the underside of my rear bumper so I removed the bumper and brought it here. I was told by the owner he'd have it done in 3-4 days. I called on the 4th day for a status of the bumper and he said it'll be finished Saturday. I showed up Saturday to pick up the bumper and no one was there... I called again the following Monday and he said he tried to call me (owner wrote down the wrong number). Being relieved to have my bumper back I installed it and noticed over spray on the corner of it... I didn't want to go through the hassle of waiting another "3-4days" so I just went on my way. Fast forward a year later, I bought a daily driver for my wife. The car had front bumper damage so I went and bought her a new bumper (unpainted). I figured to give the local business another shot, thought it was a fluke the first time. I was wrong... again was told to have it back 3-4 days and called and bumper was still not touched. Nearly 3 weeks later I get told my bumper is ready for pick up after I kept calling. There is absolutely no communication with this shop. Don't even give them your number because you'll be wasting your breathe. Just call the shop if you choose to go here. But again, there was over spray on the front bumper where the lower grille attaches. I didn't care enough to have them fix it because were not planning to keep this car. But overall the owner is nice and respectful that's why it's a 2 instead of a 1, just has no communication and not the best quality... read more

I brought my wife's Camry in to repair damage from a rear-end collision. The owner returned the car to me in better shape than it was in before it got hit. Perfectly blended color and absolutely spotless work. His pricing was excellent, and because of his deliberate efforts, he was able to get the car done in just over a day. Took my Lincoln MK VIII and a Terminator bumper cover to have cover painted, then installed. Tim told me 3 days to paint, one day to install so I left the bumper cover with him to be painted. After MANY promises to do the job, 20 days later I picked up the untouched bumper cover and went elsewhere. Glad I didn't also leave the car. He needs to go to a class on small business management and customer service. PS: I actually live in Gainesville and try to give locally owned businesses my trade but have run into this before. I just have to say that these guys are amazing. They do a great job, they work extremely fast, and the quality of their work overall is excellent. I came in the first time to get a quote on re clearing my carbon fiber trunk that was looking pale and ugly and needed to shine again. Many shops would not work on it because it was too difficult or maybe they just didn't have the experience. Since they quoted me a great price and told me they could totally do it, i went for it and dropped of my trunk. By the next day they had it ready, and all i have to say is that it looked amazing, just like it was brand new. After i saw the quality of work, i decided to drop off my front bumper than had been scratched by valet parking. Once again they amazed me and left my front bumper looking like new. Jimmy ( the owner) gave me the alternative to just fix the side where it was bad ( helping me to try to save some money) but i ended up painting the whole front bumper by choice. Other shops had quoted me an arm and a leg for this repair when here i got it for half the price and could have gotten the side fixed only by 1/6 of the price if i had wanted to. Since by bumper was off, the awesome staff also help me clean my headlights that looked cloudy. These look like new again, i had tried everything myself but never got this result. I brought my car in very last minute about 3 PM on a Friday. Both Jimmy and Tim are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, did not feel intimidated at all. My bumper had come off on the right side, Tim got right to it and drilled it back in and adjusted a couple of other concerns that I had. Their price is very, very reasonable, one of the more college kid friendly options I've seen. They took care of my car in a very timely manner, I was only there for about 30 minutes (even got to play with one of their dogs, that was a bonus). The best place around. I dented and scratched my front bumper on a curb, and two other places quoted me around at least 800 because they said I needed to replace the entire bumper. Jimmy said that was unnecessary and that he could easily repair it without total replacement and offered me less than half the price the other shops had told me. Great and fast customer service, and the dogs are a plus - when I went to drop off my car and he saw the scratches on my friend's rear bumper, he stopped us from leaving to say he could quickly give him an easy paint job at no charge if he was the one bringing me back to pick up my car. He told me my car would take around 2 days, but called me the next afternoon to say it was ready for pickup whenever I could. Highly recommend! read more
