I needed to get my asphalt driveway cleaned this week in prep for re-sealing, and Madrell's came through for me. Mike came out late one afternoon, but ran out of daylight. He came back at 9AM as promised and finished the job very much to my satisfaction. Very good communication from Shane (owner) via phone, email, and text. They did an amazing job at pressure washing my fence, deck, and house. They also cleaned my gutters and did a soft wash for my roof. Everything looks brand new! Customer service was amazing too. The owner followed up after service to confirm i was happy with the results and he sent his manager to touch up on a couple of places that needed a little more TLC. I highly recommend this company! I bought a Groupon for Mandrell's to pressure clean the exterior of our house. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs pressure cleaning services. They did a really nice job, so nice that neighbors came over to tell us how great the house looked after. When they were here, they were timely, respectful, and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. I think the quality of the work would have been worth the full price (not the reduced Groupon price). read more

We had them come clean our roof and pressure wash our driveway, walkway, and pool deck. First red flag should've been when we noticed the owner essentially training the other guy on how to clean the roof. Then the owner got him all set up and he left for another job, checking back now and then. While the price is right, the owner is shady. After they left, we noticed a shingle that was missing off the FRONT of the house. After several attempts to get ahold of the owner, finally he emailed us back with the lame excuse of 'the shingle must not have been attached, and it flowed off with the water'. He also stated that he didn't notice it, yet he took several digital photos of our house. Now this roof is 5 years old, so if it wasn't attached, wouldn't it have come off in any given rainstorm or even slight wind. He completely denied responsibility for the damage, yet admitted that it was his guy that did it. He told us his guy 'forgot to mention it to him/us when it happened, but that's what happened'. We went out of the way to be nice to these guys too. Offering them drinks, even buying them both a couple 12 packs of the beer of their choice. We actually drove to the store and bought them beer! We paid them cash, and this is what we get for it. I would never use this company again, and I will never recommend them. A very important side note, we found out they use degreaser to clean the roof! Wish we'd known that before we paid them over $400. Checked with the roofer, he said that's the last thing you wanna clean with is a degreaser. We found out that asphalt shingles are held together with a grease like product, so using a degreaser on them obviously doesn't make since! This company should stick to pressure washing sidewalks and stucco, they don't have a clue about cleaning roofs. Wish we'd done our homework on them, but hopefully this will help someone else out. If you want a reputable roof cleaning company, try Soft Wash Solutions...they come HIGHLY recommended, I wish I had. We got suckered and now we have to pay a guy to come out and patch our roof. I would've rather had a slightly dirty roof and been over $400 richer. Wish I could pick zero stars, but for some reason you can't?? read more
