Charles asked to be paid prior to a final inspection/walkthrough of the work completed (per his instructions to stay off of the freshly painted deck for a few days). I reluctantly agreed, and he said he would come back to fix anything that was wrong. We found several items that needed to be addressed in August. At the end of October, those items still have not been completed. Charles has "no-called, no-showed" three different meetings that we agreed on the phone to. He is now not picking up or responding to any messages. I have included the screenshots of the conversations so readers can see for themselves.
