I am over joyed that I found Ruth & Ruth. I wasn't planning on hiring a cleaning crew, but circumstances changed and I needed the help. I called Ruth & Ruth, left a message and within 24 hours - the real Ruth and Ruth were able to meet with me in person for an estimate. (My circumstance was urgent and they met with me on Christmas Eve!) Now, I am not saying this would always be the case, but that they took my situation into consideration and did whatever it took to help. This just tells you about their dedication to customer service. WOW! I have had Ruth & Ruth's crew working in my home since the holidays. They are very professional and amazingly friendly. They ensure your needs are met and that you are comfortable with your crew. Each time the crew leaves, my house smells clean, not perfumed. They work diligently and methodically from room to room. They clean floors like my mom did...from a corner and backing out the room so not even a foot print is left on my shiny clean floors! . And I am left feeling relieved to just enjoy my sparkling home and time with my family. I have been home during the cleanings, and away. I always feel comfortable leaving the crew in my home alone. They are bonded and insured...but it is the people they send that gives me that comfort. I have never had to ask them to do something "better", or remind them of something they missed. With that said they are open to any suggestion or cleaning request. I am constantly amazed at the things they do each time as "normal cleaning" that other companies consider "extra " and charge more to do. I was looking for someone to clean my house because I am renting it and it needed to be desperately cleaned. I was referred by a family member to Ruth and Ruth and it was the best recommendation ever. Ruth was beyond amazing with EVERYTHING. She fit me in for the first available cancellation to get my house immaculate so I could get my house shown for potential renters. She called me back right away after I originally called her for a quote, she was VERY knowledgeable and I could tell that she was very passionate about her line of work. Before the house was cleaned we did a complete walk through of the house, while going through the walk through she inspected everything in the house even things I didn't think about cleaning. Ruth was very professional and so sweet. I can tell she cares about her employees! She was very reasonable in price. When I walked into my house after the cleaning it was like a brand new house! It was beautiful, they cleaned everything (inside the refrigerator and the oven looked like it has never been used) they did an amazing job! And if I ever move back to reno again I will for sure be calling ruth and ruth and having them clean my house on a regular basis. read more

I was very impressed with the owner, Ruth, when she came to do the in house estimate and explain their method for cleaning. The price seemed reasonable for the amount of work she proposed would be done. However, the crew did not do the entirety of the cleaning estimate while still expecting the same amount. But, the worst part is that the crew stole money from me. I left the entire amount plus tip for the crew, and Ruth reported back to me that I was short some money. This last time they cleaned, I took a photo and video of the entire amount, plus extra to make up for last month if indeed I forgot one on the bills during the previous month's payment. The crew still reported that I shorted the payment. How can you trust a cleaning company when the crew STEALS from you?? And they only accept cash, so it makes the crew easily capable of stealing time and time again. I do NOT recommend this company. read more
