Breakfast sandwich

Biked here using the cedar lake trail and while there's no bike racks, we just locked our bikes on the patio fencing. The pour over uses dogwood beans and it's very, very good. We ordered a breakfast sandwich and a lox bagel, the bread was really good in both too. We really liked the pistachio cookie too. Food and drinks were quick.

Cozy cute space with amazing pastries. I could not decide which one i should get among all looking so good. Nice cozy music and not too loud as the space is large enough. People are having a meeting, working on computer and enjoying with feiends and family. High end pastries such as kouign amann, monkey bread, strawberry pizza kind of pie.. very good I had a pie with kale+goat cheese+Califlower. Very fluffy pie and well made. I liked the service- anyone at the bakery counter is very kind and explains really well. First stop in Minneapolis MN. Very good impression of the city. Thank you

Rustica in Uptown is easily my favorite location. They have a huge selection of pastries, breakfast items, and other food options, so there's always something new to try. On my most recent visit, I ordered the breakfast sandwich and it was exactly what I was looking for to start the day. One thing I really like about this location is the amount of space. Whether you're meeting someone for coffee or looking for a place to get some work done, it's easy to settle in for a while. Between the food, pastries, and comfortable atmosphere, it's a spot I find myself coming back to regularly.

Stopped here around 8:30 on a Saturday morning and we definitely beat the rush. By 9:00 a.m., the line was already to the door and pastries were flying off the shelves. I ordered their basic iced chai, which was delicious, and for food I tried the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. It comes with avocado and roasted garlic chili mayo and it is hands down one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had. The staff was incredibly friendly, and both the food and drinks came out fast even as it got busy. Getting there early is absolutely worth it. There are plenty of tables to seat down and enjoy your coffee, which is a bonus. Parking can be a bit tight since it's located in an Uptown strip mall and fills up quickly, but people are leaving so I have always been able to find a spot. I would 100% come back. If you can swing a weekday visit, that's probably your best bet!

Rustica Bakery is very good. I came on a Tuesday afternoon and it was packed, which caught me off guard at first, but made sense after trying the food. I ordered the salmon lox bagel sandwich, which came on a Turkish bagel that was soft and chewy in a really nice way. The sandwich was served deconstructed, and while it was good, it felt a bit unbalanced. There was not enough salmon, and the capers made it a little too salty for how much was on there. For the price, I think they could be a bit more generous with the salmon. The bread itself was excellent though. I also got a slice of chocolate cake, which was really good and something I would order again. I plan to come back to try their coffee and more of the desserts. The service was solid, and while the space is a bit cramped, it is still a really nice place to sit and spend some time.

I am shocked that I did not go here sooner, everything I had was amazing. I am going to highly recommend the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese breakfast sandwich. It comes with avocado and roasted garlic chili mayo and makes other breakfast sandwiches look bad. I also enjoyed the seasonal caramel apple latte. However, be warned that when ordering a sandwich and a coffee that you might just finish your sandwich before your coffee is out on a busy morning. Just get it to go! Also, please get the Kouign Amann, it is a buttery caramelized croissant that you will not be able to put down!

Rustica Bakery was a perfect coffee stop this morning before heading to Uptown. The service was super quick and friendly - helping us pick out an amazingly delicious blackberry lavender scone. The place was busy, but full of good energy! Great vibes. Of course the latte was smooth and yummy too!

Nice cafe shop with lots of seating indoors and some outdoors. It is a little tight fit with how many tables are in the front. Drinks were good and pastery even better. Drinks came out quick and they had a separate person do the pastery so I got that right away.

Good vibes, quick service & friendly staff! Anytime I am at this coffee shop there is a consistent flow of people which shows me it's a staple coffee shop! The bakery always looks fireee! I got the matcha tea & it was perfect. Earthy tasting, but not too sweet. Also came with a cute design which we love esthetically speaking!!

Love their iced (and hot) matcha and the avocado toast! one of my favorite matchas and the vibe inside is super cozy!

This is one of my favorite bakeries in the Minneapolis metro. I always grab a pack of their bittersweet chocolate cookies when I'm in town. The location is in a strip mall across the street from a lake that is very nice to walk around in the summer. Parking is a bit challenging during the lunch hours. We ordered the breakfast sandwich and the grilled cheese for lunch. Both were very good. The bread is excellent as always. The breakfast sandwich had plenty of cheese, good quality bacon and avocado. The staff forgot to put in the egg but as soon as I mentioned it, I got my fried egg. My friend loved the grilled cheese. The strawberry tart was tangy and rich with the consistency of a key lime pie. The ambience is of a coffee shop. I saw many people working there while sipping on a cup of coffee. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean. There are also seats outside if you prefer the outside. I ate the cookies on my flight home and just as good as I remembered!

I attended solo but luckily really liked the group I was assigned to. We wanted everyone to work on things they enjoy and allowed everyone to try some parts of the important tasks (making pasta and pastry dough). Your enjoyment might really depend on what your group is like. You can buy wine and beer to drink while you take the class, and those were reasonably priced I thought! $9 for a glass of wine and I think $8 for beer. The class was chaotic since we were making three courses and things needed to be done at different times, but the chaos felt like how it really is in a kitchen making multi course menus, so that didn't bother me! The assistants were great and helped us stay on track and helped if we were struggling with anything. I can't say I learned much from the class (which is why I only gave 4 stars), but I sure had a lot of fun!

Every bite is perfection. The vibe & service here is warm and inviting, with the irresistible aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries filling the air. Whether you're grabbing a coffee, treating yourself to a pastry, or diving into one of their soups or salads, this place nails it every time. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. Cooks Bellecour is an absolute gem!

The sandwich was good and the pear is a surprisingly good addition. Tasty all around. As I sat there I kept seeing these monster bloody mary's walking around. He knew I was trying to decide and poured me a sample of his favorite without me even needing to ask, and it was a great call. There's a certain cozy energy in this place with the dim-but-not-dark lighting that makes it a nice place to relax and enjoy some food and drink. I had the prime rib french dip and it was incredibly tender and flavorful.
