The beer I really liked the best from this brewery was the Morning Kick which is a Kölsch style beer. This beer had flavors of coffee, grainy and maltiness. The coffee aspect was very much present and that is what I liked so much about it. The body of the beer was nice and smooth. Another beer that I felt to be very solid was the Ladybird Lager. This beer had breadiness and maltiness at work with a clean finish. This beer too was smooth as well as light bodied. Another beer that I gave very high praise for was a Japanese Rice Lager by the name of House of the Rising Sun. This was an excellent one and comes in as my second favorite. The flavor profile has a nice crisp, clean aspect of flavor and of course is light bodied. The beers were certainly solid, service was okay...the beertender, she was a tad aloof but other than that no real issues here to rattle on about. Definitely recommend the beer!

In the flavor profile you will taste a grainy flavor, maltiness (but it's not heavy handed. It's very well balanced), citrus and lime are present as well. The Primos is so easy to drink that you could easily have more than one in one sitting... but I behaved and just had the one. Great brewery with fairly large outdoor and indoor seating however it can fill up real fast on Fridays and weekends.
