This is a wet paper towel wiped on a 2x2 foot area of linoleum floor in front of the bathroom. This place should be condemned. In response to management comment: I appreciate the willingness to respond to customer dissatisfaction. You were also a pleasant fellow. HOWEVER, the lack of cleaning wasn't isolated to one room. We had two rooms, and both were filthy. Things looked just like the photos in Jacob C's review from several years ago, which means after the reviews and comments, nothing has changed. THE FOLLOWING ISSUES ARE FOR BOTH ROOMS. Rooms smelled like urine. Edges of carpet had dirt, dead bugs, and lint accumulation. No hard furniture surface was clean, and a wipe with a wet paper towel came back dirty. Microwave had a greasy top and dirty counter area with food crumbs and grease. Inside of refrigerator poorly wiped down, with hair, food crumbs, and grease present. Linoleum floor - well, my photo sums that up, and the entryway linoleum was dirty too, never mopped. Bathroom had been sprayed with disinfectant and wiped with a towel. There was a greasy yellow film on the toilet and sink from the disinfectant that had to be wiped off with a towel. The sink and showers drained poorly, and its not nice standing in 4 inch deep water for your shower. My bathroom had black streaks of what appeared to be mold on the walls. Overall, 1 to 2 hours of deep cleaning per room, and proper maintenance could help turn things around. Sadly, given the several year history of posts about being filthy, I doubt anything will change. To top it off, the beds were very old, completely worn out, and sank deeply in the center, probably 8 to 10 inches, and were uncomfortable.

Our cabin was for 4 and yes, there were 4 folks, 4 spoons and 4 knives only. A maybe 2 inch circular soap is what was available for both hand washing and bathing. Seems one of the sleeping areas is the living room on a sofabed. The parking area and area around the cabins is very well lit at night - some may have suitable curtains, ours did not but was not as issue for us. There was no information on the cabin, the area, the rules, etc in our cabin which would have been helpful - there also didn't appear to be any onsite assistance anywhere. This is also a dog friendly place although you have to keep them on leash at all time. There is no enclosed area. The biggest negative for me/family was the unevenness of the walkways around the cabin. There a number of dips in the roadway and parking area and it is a steep incline. The kids play area is on a hill and the paved portion is so steep you gain way too much speed walking straight down - gotta zig zag. We both agreed if you had walking difficulties or had a walker, it was going to be challenging to get around. If you are planning a trip, be sure the check the local establishments times. We did not and all in the immediate area were closed Monday-Wednesday - this may just be the time of year though don't know. Be sure to pack what you want/need - although only 20 miles or so to Payson, its a long 20 miles.
