Kyle comes over, gets me into our Verizon business account immediately. Tries to track the phone. Nothing, so he says we'll fix it. We talked briefly and he saved me from converting to Apple because he knows I was busy... and Android had polished out their problems (I got FIVE camera lenses, 2 TB storage, CLOUD) Cloud is cheap now. Then he put Lense protectors on. No learning curve. The new android w/ Cloud, backup, tracking. Kyle was concise and told me these are problems no more. He walked me thru it, everything went 10x faster than those days when Verizon stores made you essentially play Squid Games (without the horrific dark side of the show of course) He put a good phone case on, Camera Lense protectors. Extra Lense covers were only 15 bux. I was out of luck having my phone stolen, but he offered $800 back if I found it. Kyle gave me his card and said get ahold of me when you get to your laptop if you have trouble. I tried to verify my new phone/email... For two weeks... Two weeks later I called him, within minutes he got all my contacts, app verification. everything back in business. He even reinstalled my old # with my new area code # (All my contacts back. Logged back in. Back into Venmo) Should have reached out to him earlier. So I can go back to my businesses and my life. Kyle you are the definition of customer service. And this morning our main business opens for the spring season. The anxiety is gone.

We went directly into the store to get the new Sim cards changed out after calling T-mobile a couple times, requesting them and never received them. The rep who changed out our Sim cards at the store did not tell us that we would lose all of our saved voicemails. I had over 40 saved business related emails saved from clients which I discovered after the fact are now lost. I would have downloaded and saved those voicemails had I been properly informed.

Coming from T-Mobile, I wanted to be off my parents plan but still have it be affordable with my new Christmas phone. The store was very busy after Christmas, but Evelyn remained calm, and was super helpful. Unfortunately, many people came in while her associate was at lunch, but Evelyn handled it all perfectly and professionally.
