As you can see from my reviews, I never write negative reviews, but I truly have never in my life had such a poor experience with a business and an owner. They sold me an EMPTY BOX with no cartridge in it. The owner, Zach, would not give me a new cartridge or a refund. What type of business doesn't check their inventory before selling a product????? I understand that things happen, but the owner was the least bit apologetic. The worst part about this was the fact that he hung up on me 3x and told me his only solution was to "legalize marijuana" in my state so the manufacture could send me a new one. As someone who used to work for Yelp and dealt with thousands of local businesses owners, this was such a disappointing experience. Take your money and literally go anywhere else. read more

Silverpeak Recreational Marijuana Dispensary Aspen - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Aspen, Colorado

Arived from Florida yesterday and boy was I disappointed. I've had a medical card for over 4 years now and was looking forward to going to a recreational dispensary. They sold me shit in their recommendation and refused to take it back. Something they do so in Florida if you are not happy. When I called to see if I can get it replaced they said they couldn't do it because it was medicine. That's complete bullshit when they are recreational facility what they sell is not like any other product. If you're dissatisfied, they should refund you the money or take an exchange, they are a retail establishment and then they want to say they are doing medicine. Just fucking bullshit. It's like dealing with a shitty dealer on a corner by the way was in Buffalo last year got better shit from the corner don't go to this place. read more

Customer service could be better tonight and last couple times. Overall good store but it's like pulling teeth trying to get what your looking for. read more

had terrible service when I was last there. constantly being rushed and pressured. I can understand the sense of urgency when rushing to accommodate multiple customers, the ratio of employee to customer was 3:1. definitely won't be going back, especially because the edibles I bought were cheeks read more

I love the prices for the weed! It's great when you are on a budget and you are able to pick some shake or just some last of the batch

The woman that works the desk is very rude and doesn't know what customer service is. I will not going there to spend my hard earned money any more. You should have someone who has a smile and greets people with respect to meet you at the door and then checks you out with a smile as well. read more

First of all, this place is the Tiffany's of weed stores and def the place to go in Aspen. But also- Ellen is the coolest, sweetest woman I've ever met and makes the whole experience even better. Check this place out for great conversation and the best selection of goodies! read more

This is what all dispensaries should strive to be! Beautiful natural wood, gorgeous lighting, and incredibly friendly and helpful folks behind the counter. I was only in Aspen for a few days and asked for a small pack of edibles and the guy who helped me asked great questions to make sure I got the right product I needed. Prices, even after tax, were reasonable. read more

Silver peak is a beautifully designed dispensary. A friend, from California, had never been in a cannabis shop before was blown away by the design. She is not a consumer either, but thought it was a beautifully designed space. That's the end of the kudos. The problem began with our arrival. The fellow at the 'gateway' where IDs are checked was a bit, uh, overbearing. He violated the first rule of sales; Make sure you know what your customers want and how knowledgeable they are. Our budtender most assuredly did not assess either. I'll not say more about him other than he was very proud to have have taken a budtender 'sommelier' course. The real problem to me is how the bud is handled for consumers. I decided to sample their wares and ordered a few grams of different 'strains' of cannabis. They're trying to be cool. They're trying to be elegant. Silverpeak is neither. I 'ordered' the flower and a few minutes later a few little jars are put on a silver tray. Where did the bud come from? Was it prepackaged? Did they weight it properly? The answer to all of this is; Who knows? It felt like I was getting cheated ... right in the store! OK. They only a grams, but the buds I received were the bottom of the barrel, so to speak. Lots of shake in them. Little teensy weensy bits of flower and that was it. For a first time customer, not a good thing. For a second time customer...well, there won't be a second time. read more

Best Dispo in Aspen, no joke! The customer service here is unmatched anywhere else. They are phenomenal, really. This place has the best selection, the highest percentage THC flower, awesome name brands like Cookies, and they don't get impatient. Most importantly, they aren't rude here like a lot of smaller Cannabis businesses nearby are. Silverpeak is doing it the right way! read more

They have a great selection and the budtenders are super helpful! Biggest selection in Aspen actually so go check them out if you come through town. read more

Was referred by another bud tender at another dispensary and was super happy with the products I purchased. The bud tenders are super knowledgeable and friendly. Geoffrey ( I hope that's right) and Brice were hands down Aspens finest. If you're in the area this dispensary is definitely a must visit. read more

As a customer since day one as Aspen's original apothecary, I always find the staff and stash top notch. This is the luxury cannabis experience I haven't found anywhere else in the valley or state. I've purchased a variety of flower, edibles and CBD/THC balms and been very pleased with those acquisitions for my health and wellness. Taking great care of locals is the cherry (or Sour Strawberry) on top! read more

This place is ridiculously nice. My eyes have been opened to what cannabis clinics in style have to offer. It is spotless and feels like you are in some kind of marijuana nirvana. Awesome awesome place! Nicest in aspen! Super high class, modern. Huge variety. Very nice.

The decor is exquisite, nothing cheap or sleazy about Silverpeak. The staff is extremely inviting and focused on the customer's experience. I visited twice in four days and spoke with three different team members, each of whom were prepared to talk about every single product they had available until I found everything I was looking for! This apothecary is now my home-base every time I visit Aspen! read more

Friendly Helpful Staff! Great prices! Strongly recommend stopping by! Ian and Zach in particular were super helpful!

They talk to you like you are an idiot. There is much nicer places for you to buy weed. I love weed, I don't love being spoken to like a child read more

Amazing experience, super easy low pressure and great selection. Staff do an amazing job at helping you find what you want.

Highly recommended! The store has a huge variety of products and the staff is super informative!

Amazing customer service!! They are super helpful and give you their honest opinions about products you will love! Definitely coming back :)

The instance you walk in the door this place has a doctors office feel to it, everything is behind glass in the walls and counters/islands for you to view. It is very clean and organized with somewhat knowledgable staff(didn't seem sure about some strains I asked about and I was offered the overrated blue dream as a recommendation), very professional vibes, and the Chem dawg #4 is amazing! I gave a 4 star rating because the price is outrageous still at 25 per gram of top shelf + 5 for tax 30 per gram otd read more

Most enjoyable cannabis experience ever!! Clean, organized and professional inside. Absolutely love their philosophy and approach to a dispensary. One-on-one attention from knowledgeable staff. Thank you, Silverpeak!! Locals favorite! read more

My budtender made it seem like I didn't know what I needed even though I specifically knew what I was looking for. At check out, he asked me if I could afford it, and I told them I'm more than happy to pull out some more cash even though I already had more than enough. Dispensaries should be a fun place to go instead of being profiled. read more

Huge selection, good prices, friendly staff and great locals discount. Definitely the best of the shops in Aspen.

Firstly. Why go anywhere else. This place is really fair priced, extremely education heavy, customer service beyond any other experience without question AND variety overload. Brett was very knowledgeable and helpful- he truly dedicated all of his attention on our concerns and needs. We felt really confident that we were making the right purchased for exactly what we wanted to experience. I wouldn't even walk into another shop knowing what I know now. Thank you Brett for the brilliant service! 10/10 would recommend and return. read more

This place is insanely cool. During the covid-19 crisis these guys not only stayed open but they started hooking it up phat- $99 oz's of any combination of strains they have, so up to eight strains of your choosing- and it's all fire. Rec prices in aspen have never been that good to my knowledge, and this is medical grade stuff for basically fair med prices- only it's rec!!! And as a testament to how cool these guys are, this deal was initially only supposed to be for the month of April, but they extended it through May just to keep us all even happier during this crisis. Also, I was talking to some bud tenders about the deal, and they said they're discussing the possibility of permanently instituting $100-$120 oz options of select strains, so there will most likely be a good deal there from here on out! Of course, the ability to select the strains is a huge benefit as it ensures your oz will be fire, but pretty much all their weed is great so it's amazing that there will always be a decent $100 oz in Aspen, even for rec customers!!! read more

Wasn't planning to visit this place but when asked whether 520 Grill, which shares a staircase and address, was open, the staff member who initially asked "can I help you" was rude and condescending, particularly since both shops appear to be parts of the same. Will certainly look elsewhere if in the market for the products they sell. read more

We went here because our friend recommended it to us. The weed was alright for the price. We got ID'd 3 times while there. They took my friends ID on and called the cops to verify that I was 21. I got verified but the hassle I had to deal with, totally not worth it. On Christmas Day too. These guys suck. Go to any other dispensary in Aspen. read more

Great friendly staff always willing to help. I travel 30 min out of my way just to visit this place.
