I got in my car and started driving off opened the cartridge and it was a quarter gone. Now I am on the freeway - there is no exit to get off so I can't turn around. I immediately called the store and voiced my concern of the cartridge not being full, the girl on the phone told me specifically "I am looking at one right now and it is full". And I said, well I don't know what to tell you but this I just opened and I have it right here in front of me and it is not full. She said hold on let me talk to my manager. Came back and told me that there is absolutely nothing that KIND CASTLE can do for me and I would need to get in touch with the manufactureR and then they would need to give kind castle a refund and then I Need to go to BACK to KIND CASTLE castle to pick up my exchange of a product that was not what it was said to be. Wow! This is just unbelievable, I have never in my life had anyone tell me this. I could never have smoked a quarter of this cartridge within seven minutes when I was driving a car. I have a witness in my car as well. I got off the phone started thinking how completely insane this was because not only did the girl disregard me in my concerning subject. She actually tried to end the call saying I have "another customer on the phone and I have to go" ... this is a Hmmmm moment...I guess I'm not a customer at this point? Wouldn't you feel that way if you just purchased something, called back to have a complaint on the item and no one cares and they disregard you and tell you they have to go to another call. This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences, I have ever had in my entire 52 years of life and working over 35 years in a retail atmosphere of high end product. And believe me, Unfortunately this gives me the keen eye of knowing when disappointment is at its highest. I'm not sure if they know how to check their supply, but it seems full of cat urine and some of it has had PineSol. I do think they what happens is they get fraud going on where people take the quality product and butane extract the hash oil out and then basically use cat urine to bring back the smell and then resell it as brand new weed. It is way too cheap to actually be weed internationally, where it should be more like $65 or $80, but I note they aren't listing cat urine or PineSol on the ingredients list, and then butane extraction changes the active active THC to far below what they list on the label. If it's butane extracted, it has virtually no THC. The other day I got a Cosmos with a really strong vomit taste. That seems kind of intentional or malicious. I admit I see the same stuff at the local grocery level and it's professional counterfeiting by people who really want the product but don't want to pay for it. It's even at the Kroger stores and they're a big company. The cat urine is for sure at Kroger stores. Very similar. There's a lot of counterfeit sodas and bottled products in this area that have like urine or fragrance in them.
