They sold me an EMPTY BOX with no cartridge in it. The owner, Zach, would not give me a new cartridge or a refund. What type of business doesn't check their inventory before selling a product????? I understand that things happen, but the owner was the least bit apologetic. The worst part about this was the fact that he hung up on me 3x and told me his only solution was to "legalize marijuana" in my state so the manufacture could send me a new one. As someone who used to work for Yelp and dealt with thousands of local businesses owners, this was such a disappointing experience. Take your money and literally go anywhere else.

They sold me shit in their recommendation and refused to take it back. Something they do so in Florida if you are not happy. When I called to see if I can get it replaced they said they couldn't do it because it was medicine. That's complete bullshit when they are recreational facility what they sell is not like any other product. If you're dissatisfied, they should refund you the money or take an exchange, they are a retail establishment and then they want to say they are doing medicine. Just fucking bullshit. It's like dealing with a shitty dealer on a corner by the way was in Buffalo last year got better shit from the corner don't go to this place.

Yesterday, I went to Native Roots and bought the same clear brand disposable cart for $36 after tax. Just sayin Also, the dude who worked at the counter was extremely impatient. The store had nobody behind me in line. I was literally the only person in the dispensary besides the male and female budtenders. The mid-aged dude who was obviously stoned himself while working felt like saying to me as a first time patient "Hey you know usually this place has a line out the door so you're lucky right now. You're taking too long man hurry up what do you want?". I am not making this up, he kept pushing me to find any product and leave quickly, when I didn't feel like being rushed while trying to find the correct product for me. About an hour later I opened 1 of the cart boxes. The cartridge chamber was almost half empty and the cart was sticky with resin. Seemed it had leaked. I went back to the shop and I explained the situation to the same lady budtender and I added that the cart did not fit my vape battery. She tried to sell me a new battery. I politely said no. She began to refund my card but then decided not to because her boss wouldn't like it and she (visibly annoyed) tried once again to sell me a new battery. I explained that I had enough vape batteries back at home + the carts were half empty. She zero'ed in on me being from another state and decided I was no better than a thief, telling me "just get out"... In total disbelief I picked up my things from the counter and walked toward the door, only to hear her say "what an idiot". I answered "was I an idiot when I tipped you this morning for being nice?" There's no good reason for a simple customer service situation to be mishandled this badly. Skip this place... Go to Green Dragon.
