This dispensary is pricy. Their products are marked up a bit more than others I believe. Here I got a clear brand disposable cartridge for $40 before tax 2 days ago. Yesterday, I went to Native Roots and bought the same clear brand disposable cart for $36 after tax. Just sayin Also, the dude who worked at the counter was extremely impatient. The store had nobody behind me in line. I was literally the only person in the dispensary besides the male and female budtenders. The mid-aged dude who was obviously stoned himself while working felt like saying to me as a first time patient "Hey you know usually this place has a line out the door so you're lucky right now. You're taking too long man hurry up what do you want?". I am not making this up, he kept pushing me to find any product and leave quickly, when I didn't feel like being rushed while trying to find the correct product for me. It was not a good first impression from a customers perspective. Poor customer service for a dispensary on New Years Day read more

I have visited this place 3 times. Once summer 2021. And twice this past week. Older guy helped me this week and he was helpful. Told him I'd stop by again during my visit to check out other things. Went there again yesterday. Was helped by a woman. She was friendly and helpful with some resin cartridge recs. About an hour later I opened 1 of the cart boxes. The cartridge chamber was almost half empty and the cart was sticky with resin. Seemed it had leaked. I went back to the shop and I explained the situation to the same lady budtender and I added that the cart did not fit my vape battery. She tried to sell me a new battery. I politely said no. She began to refund my card but then decided not to because her boss wouldn't like it and she (visibly annoyed) tried once again to sell me a new battery. I explained that I had enough vape batteries back at home + the carts were half empty. She zero'ed in on me being from another state and decided I was no better than a thief, telling me "just get out"... In total disbelief I picked up my things from the counter and walked toward the door, only to hear her say "what an idiot". I answered "was I an idiot when I tipped you this morning for being nice?" There's no good reason for a simple customer service situation to be mishandled this badly. Skip this place... Go to Green Dragon. read more

Awesome little place! The guy at the counter was super friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable asking questions and taking my time looking at the products. Keep in mind that this place is cash only. They do have an ATM. Overall a very good experience!! Would come back 10/10 read more

I saw the sign one night walking on the street and I went in! Very nice and friendly I enjoyed the experience. Immediately stopped using other places they had won my business. Not to mention the product was excellent. I went back two other times and with different people my experience down graded rapidly. Prices changed, they went up! On the 4th visit was on a powder day I stopped by at 9:30. No signs of when they open and I went in and started to get my I.D. Out. He started off nice saying he could help me in ten minutes when they open around 10 ! So I waited in the hall. Another guy walked in. Same guy I had a bad experience with my time before, also changed the prices on me. I walked in and immediately was confronted with horrible attitude and telling me to leave. They guy that had promised ten minutes turned around and said nothing. Ridiculous. Not happy with them anymore and will not return. read more

Would not recommend. Bought a bunch of pre-rolls. They were all clogged or something and wouldn't smoke. Huge waste of money. There are better dispensaries. Go there. read more

Recently went on vacation from out of state and visited multiple dispensaries. All were amazing except for this one. The product looked really good but the desk girl reilly was a total ditz. She sat on her phone for 10 minutes before offering us help while the store was completely empty and then couldn't answer any of our questions. Maybe she was a new employee? We didn't stay long after we overheard her bragging to another employee about how she can give herself any kind of discount on retail or sample products for free by messing with the system/inventory. Sounded like she's stealing from the company so we decided not to buy anything in case she tried to scam us too. read more

The absolute best flower in town. I'm not sure who the other un educated reviews are but this place is legit. Give it a try

Best day ever? More like the worst 2 minutes of my life. You can't even see the weed in this place! Do you want to feel claustrophobic when buying weed? talk about a condensing arrogant employee. If you see that skinny dude with glasses just walk right out there and flip him off for me. I've shopped at every dispo in aspen and this was the first time and definitely the last time in this 5 by 10 weed closet that is also the only place in town that doesn't take a debit card read more

Cute store tucked away upstairs! Great selection of a variety of products. I looked at flower, concentrates, topicals, and some edibles. Prices were fair, and the staff was patient with my many, many questions. Highly recommend! read more

Best weed in town! No doubt. Best prices and weed don't go anywhere else because they suck compared. Cool atmosphere and quick easy service. Best dispo I've been to! Little hard to find but right next to one love! read more

I stopped in after hearing the new dispensary was open and was really impressed!! The budtenders are super knowledgable and friendly, the shop has awesome art, and the prices are ridic! I was able to load up for a fraction of what I've spent elsewhere and still get some really nice stuff. Definitely recommend the concentrates, and try the herbal tea, too!! read more
