Top notch dispensary! They're always nice, have great prices, and I leave with way more than what I came in to get.. Get a bottle of the Taste Budz edibles. They're the best! read more

Robyn was very helpful and amazing!! She's really knowledgeable and helped me a lot!

Just wished the staff payed more attention to the needs of people. I do not feel welcome in this store!

Only go to this store if you like to be treated very poorly! If you like being treated with decency avoid this store like the plague. Me and my wife were in town from Miami. We went to Native roots late because they were the only ones open. It was snowing and freezing outside as you can imagine a December night in Aspen. We show our ID's and they ask for a second form of ID like a credit card. My wife only brought her ID cause she's with me. They told her she needed to wait outside in the snow. Next thing you know two older couples walk in and the wives don't even have ids. They are told not to worry that they can sit on the chairs inside while their husbands shop. The manager was awful, and very rude. This store is very corporate and the employees can care less about getting customers or keeping them happy. I highly recommend Silver Peak or Best day Ever. Edit This happened 3 years ago so not sure if they changed management but still haven't forgotten . And wanted to share my experience. read more

The best guys in the area. Make sure to ask for Julian and Jose they are so friendly and helpful. We were visiting from out of state and they were super attentive and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend and we will always be back when we are in town! read more

Do not go here if you have an out of state ID. They had no idea what they were doing, ruined my ID by taking the lamination almost all the way off of it, and said if I wanted they could call the cops to check it.... Not worth it. They need to familiarize themselves with out of state IDs. read more

Came here for the first time today & I am so glad we did! Adrian, you are awesome. You were one of the nicest guys, you were very welcoming and also very personable & professional. Thanks to the other guys for helping my boyfriend pick the best stuff. Very great quality and not a rip off. Recommend this place 100%! read more

Quick and simple process. It would have been nice if they had the buds out on display, but that's fine.

Was trying to buy stuff, not knowing any of the rules, was mentioning taking it over the border and he was a bit rude and said if you mention that again we will have to close the sale. So we left read more

Had such a pleasurable experience with Rebecka! Everything you could possibly want and impeccable service. Thank you Native Roots! I will be back read more

Great selection of the products. Got very helpful suggestions and outstanding customer service from Ward and Alec! Will be back soon! read more

This dispensary is the only one I'll go to in the entire valley. Excellent quality, low prices, and the staff are super personable and friendly. Was in the other day when they were very busy and did not have a lot of staff, and they still took their time with me and did not rush me out the door. This is the only place in Aspen you should be getting your weed read more

Native Roots is an exceptional dispensary! As someone new to the world of marijuana they were so accommodating and kind! I will definitely be coming back! read more

Helpful in explaining CBD creams. Bought a handful of products. Would go again.

My favorite dispensary in Aspen. Amazing selection of flower and concentrate. They have everything from edibles to topical treatments to PAX 3's. It's a true "one-stop shop" where you can get everything you need from really friendly and knowledgeable people. read more

After being here on various times and spending more. Then an average person I'm sure. I came with my passport and ordered ALOT when both my weed pens wouldn't work I came back to ask why it wasn't working and when I brought a Puerto Rican ID not passport which is part of the US. I think the guy was an idiot- he said he couldn't take care of me cause I was international and basically kicked me out. I'd never come here again thanks to this one guy. I hope he gets fired soon. It's just bad business. I will make sure everyone I know and that I've told about this place in a positive manner never comes here. read more

As a local this has been my dispensary of choice. They have a huge selection. I typically go in just for bud and I have never been disappointed in what I leave with. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable about their product and most importantly happy to see me back. read more

Terrible experience. I got a pen and three refills. Both cartridges that came with the pen were defect. When I called to ask what might be wrong they didn't give me the time of day and were very rude. They should test their stuff before selling it to customers. Wasted a lot of money on a bad product and bad customer experience. Don't go there. read more

Awesome shop. I go and see Dillon there and he always seems to be smiling and happy. I refuse to go anywhere else. Best prices in the valley. read more

Colorado's best! Love their knowledge, product variety and pricing! Thank you Native Roots for holding down Colorado Cannabis!!

Don't know if i went in on a bad day or if the service was just that terrible. The other dispensaries in town were much friendlier and happy to help. By the end I didn't even want to buy anything other than a preroll. Don't know what this places deal is, their shop in boulder is fine read more

These guys always take great care of me every time I visit. They have the best concentrates in town hands down and a super knowledgable staff is always letting me know the latest on new strains whether it be hash or flower. Definitely my go-to dispensary in town! Keep it up yall. read more

Our first stop at a dispensary within ten minutes of arriving in Aspen. Couldn't have been a better experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great pricing, and we enjoyed getting to ask some questions and find the right product for our needs. Thanks Native Roots! read more

Staff is horrible took a good 10 min to check my ID and when I went to get my ID back they said they had to check it once more and almost didn't give it back so I just took my ID and left the store. Also I tried listening in on what the employee was saying to other customers about the products and dosage, when he saw I was listening he said to move away from the area go to another table, I was listening in on something I dont know about and he telle me to screw off basically. Bad business dont bother wish I could rate -5 stars. read more

clean store nice layout, my go to dispo around Aspen. local prices are awesome, and for out of towners they always have really good monthly deals read more

JUST GO TO GREEN DRAGON OR LEAF; Compared to all of the other places in town Native Roots has the worst weed, terrible customer service, and is overpriced read more

I am fairly new to marijuana usage and have only tried edibles up to my visit here. The staff and their knowledge blew me away with how friendly they are and how willing they are to take their time with someone who doesn't know much but wants to learn. They never made me feel rushed or as if I were bothering them. I finally decided to branch out from edibles to a vape pen and shatter after the wonderful discussion with the staff. The staff also discussed the discounted products for the month if I signed up for emails too! A great dispensary with great staff, wide variety of quality products, and affordable pricing! read more

Out of all the clinics in town, Native Roots is hands down the best shop. Their prices are competitive and their carry high quality flower, all with the assistance of their knowledgeable, helpful staff. Aisha helped us today, and she was amazing. She was friendly, sharp, and patient. Thanks guys! read more
