A gentleman quickly greeted me and led me around to the display. To my surprise I found a great 1/8 and full ounce deal on a special flower. Only $18 and eighth after tax! I asked about prerolls and the bud tender quickly gave me a list of available strains and gave me his personal taste as well. After picking a few joints and considering a great buy 3 get 1 deal for $8 dollars a joint special, the bud tender threw in a few edible freebies at no charge!!! So stoked about this experience! This store had a pretty diverse selection for a small store - from higher end, nice shirts for both men and women, to regular souvenir Ts. They also have some shirts that are 12.99 and down to $10.99 if you buy 3 or more and they actually weren't bad. They had some nice hats too. They had a great children's section as well. They also offered some magnets, picture frames, and drinkware. We were disappointed that they didn't sell pint glasses. Since moving to CO, we've started quite a collection. Everywhere here that does giveaways, gives pint glasses. We even got one for riding the Santa Express train, which was obviously a children's event, lol. The reasons for only 4 stars are 1) they didn't have a lot of sizes. For example, most of the men's shirts only had XL and XXL left and the women's shirts had mostly smalls and mediums left. You would think they would adjust their inventory accordingly. And 2) the prices were a bit high. Just because you're in Aspen, that doesn't make a $10 picture frame worth $35 - come on!

The demos they have are top of the line, and they allowed us to switch gear mid trip since we wanted to try different type of skis on a powder day. The staff knows you by name and goes out of their way to make your trip. Emily, Greg, and Bridget helped us and went above and beyond in every fashion. I'm not one to usually write reviews but this shop deserved a few minutes of my time. Lastly the shops locations can't be best. It's at the bottom of the Ajax Gondola so it was super easy to get gear in the morning. If you're looking for a shop with great gear, awesome customer service, convenient location; then Hamiliton is the place to be.

I came in the next morning and was told they did not detune the skis despite me explicitly asking on the sheet I was given. I was treated as if I didn't understand what I was talking about as the man helping me told me they "didn't recommend doing that on a new pair of skis" I have skied since I could walk and have had my skis detuned the last 5 years of my life immediately after coming out of the packaging. I paid $77 for the mount and wasn't given half of what I came to do. Will be going anywhere else to get my skis done. I highly recommend Incline, just across the way down the hall from Gorsuch at the base of Aspen.
