As you can see from my reviews, I never write negative reviews, but I truly have never in my life…read morehad such a poor experience with a business and an owner. They sold me an EMPTY BOX with no cartridge in it. The owner, Zach, would not give me a new cartridge or a refund. What type of business doesn't check their inventory before selling a product????? I understand that things happen, but the owner was the least bit apologetic. The worst part about this was the fact that he hung up on me 3x and told me his only solution was to "legalize marijuana" in my state so the manufacture could send me a new one. As someone who used to work for Yelp and dealt with thousands of local businesses owners, this was such a disappointing experience. Take your money and literally go anywhere else.

A gentleman quickly greeted me and led me around to the display. To my surprise I found a great 1/8 and full ounce deal on a special flower. Only $18 and eighth after tax! I asked about prerolls and the bud tender quickly gave me a list of available strains and gave me his personal taste as well. After picking a few joints and considering a great buy 3 get 1 deal for $8 dollars a joint special, the bud tender threw in a few edible freebies at no charge!!! So stoked about this experience! Couldn't be happier!

Our bud-tender was super friendly and helpful, he didn't seem put-off by some of our questions and indecisiveness and made some really good suggestions. Overall, the environment was friendly and welcoming. Although this place is a little smaller than some I've been to, they had a great selection of strains and edibles and fully met our needs. They were also doing a deal on pre-rolls (which they had at least 8 varieties of), so we took advantage of that! We were purchasing recreational, so I'm not sure about Medical. Highly recommended in Carbondale!

The displays are bright and inviting and the color coordination sings to my soul. Not only are the products just flat out rad, but the folks who work here (or run the place) are friendly and welcoming too. My wife bought a couple pair of earrings and, at checkout, we each were given the opportunity to select a stone from the bowl by the register. I paid $77 for the mount and wasn't given half of what I came to do. Will be going anywhere else to get my skis done. I highly recommend Incline, just across the way down the hall from Gorsuch at the base of Aspen.
