As you can see from my reviews, I never write negative reviews, but I truly have never in my life…read morehad such a poor experience with a business and an owner. They sold me an EMPTY BOX with no cartridge in it. The owner, Zach, would not give me a new cartridge or a refund. What type of business doesn't check their inventory before selling a product????? I understand that things happen, but the owner was the least bit apologetic. The worst part about this was the fact that he hung up on me 3x and told me his only solution was to "legalize marijuana" in my state so the manufacture could send me a new one. As someone who used to work for Yelp and dealt with thousands of local businesses owners, this was such a disappointing experience. Take your money and literally go anywhere else.

I visited every dispensary in Breckenridge during my vacation and I definitely recommend Alpenglow…read moreBotanicals as a must-visit during your stay! Although the outside of the shop looks a little dark at night (this is due to stupid local signage/lighting laws--not a lack of effort on their part), the inside is comfortable and has a nice ambiance. I was greeted warmly by two staff members, John and Jordan, upon entering the front door. They called me over to the counter and began to explain their offerings and pricing structure for cannabis and other infused products. Luckily, neither of them were with other customers at the time, so I got to chat with both about their store, the industry in general, and their experience living and working in Breckenridge. As a dispensary manager myself, I see that Alpenglow is doing a lot of things right. When it comes to the product, they had high quality strains that were grown on site and hand trimmed to a high standard of quality. The price points are comparable to other stores in the area, perhaps even a little lower on flower. The customer service I received was superb, and it shows that the staff here not only know what they are doing, but they do it well and with a top-notch level of product knowledge and customer service. I could tell that John and Jordan cared about more than just making their money and hitting the slopes--they answered every question I had and even took a genuine interest in my experience in Breck. If you find yourself on Breckenridge's "green strip" (the area outside of the main town where all the dispensaries are located) you must not miss out on Alpenglow. Ask for one of these guys--although I'm sure the rest of their staff is on-par when it comes to excellence in customer experience.

The coffee was absolutely phenomenal. I can't emphasize this more. Especially for the price. Got a cigar for my husband... It came on recommendation from Scott after I asked for something unique that my husband wouldn't find at any other cigar lounge near us in Dallas. Hubs just lit it up tonight. Absolutely loves it. Wish we were closer. We would LOVE and LIVE in this cozy spot with this wonderful community. My friend and I got to talk to the locals of Fairfield and with Scott and Button (phenomenal Barista, btw!). This was an absolute treasure and I wish more places and people like this existed where we were staying in Breckenridge. It ended up being one of the highlights of my stay in this area. SO GLAD we stopped!!!! Thank you for redeeming our coffee tour of Colorado! We will be back. Many times, I'd wager.

The interior has so much character - part coffee house, part cigar shop and lounge, part golf simulator, and man cave. (Thanks to the locals who told me about this place). The first thing that grabs your attention as you enter is the SALE items up front then as your eyes scan the store you see SALE items in the rear and good options in between. From perusing different stores along Main St, with this beacon of hope at the front door I was already winning!!! They have a great selection of helmets, gift items, boots, jackets, pants, gear and more. I cannot remember all of the brands, but the ones that stuck out were Kodiak, Swix and Rossignol. It was funny because the store manager was not available and had the password to the register so the employee and us patrons started conversing between each other with not a care in the world even though a line started forming. No attitudes just positive vibes and sunshine. Once the manager (Shannon) returned, she had a couple of coffees for her and the employee jokingly informing us if we wanted coffee for the wait, it would be her treat. That was cool! Sooo... let me temper your expectations Main Street Outlet is an outlet and has good prices for the quality of their items, but I would say it is more of a Premium Outlet which the prices are way better and they have a better selection than most of the stores seen on this visit.
