Stopped in to pick up some CBD gummies for sleep and found the front desk defensive line and the service inside the shop to be very helpful in finding a product that (mostly) matched the ratios of the gummies I like here in Seattle. Their selection of sleep products isn't anything to brag about but the one they recommended worked very well for me. On my way out of town, I stopped back in for a refill and wound up taking advantage of a special that reduced the cost by 25%. I call that a win, because CBD ain't cheap anywhere, especially in Seattle. No doubt, these fine people deal with a lot of shitheads and like it or not, pot shops might be legal in Colorado, but they do have an avalanche of rules and regulations they must follow to keep their doors open for business. Here are some words to live by: Don't be a dick and you'll get excellent service, I promise. read more

Great customer service with personalized recommendations and suggestions! They have daily deals and a nice selection of products- no matter what you're searching for. Highly recommend stopping by here to get your cannabis needs taken care of! read more

Great little shop! Ethan was very helpful and knowledgeable (hi Ethan, it's Wolfgang!). Selection is very good, with quite a variety of strains containing different levels and types of cannabinoids. highly recommended! read more

Picked up some Golden Goat here the other day. It was very dry and did not have the flavor true Golden Goat has. Employee seemed like he wasn't familiar with the products sold. Disappointing to say the least. Oh well, learned my lesson. read more

Don't buy clones from here. Thrip city! Also means there flower has bugs. Bought a couple and the very next day they had thrips all over them crawling from the soil. read more

Seriously the most worthless group of customer service employees I have ever come across

I met the greatest budtender I've ever met, Jessica she was so knowledgeable and smart answering every single one of my questions. She was so helpful with selections and knowledge of products and effects. read more

Fantastic and very organized operation. I took some gummies home on my recent trip here and was not disappointed at all. They have a great selection of the staff is extremely helpful. Pictures are permitted too so that's a bonus for tourists ! read more

This is my first time in Colorado and stoped at this dispensary to take a look. I was with a group so total of 4 of us and the first thing I was trying to find was a daily special which I did on a tiny paper taped to the side of a check out desk which I was reading and the lady asked me to stay with my group ( nobody else in the room) so I take one step to the left lol.. the hospitality here was not that great. The guy helping us must've been new but the lady who was shadowing him kinda took over and we felt bad cause he was really nice and helpful. Just seemed like they didn't really want us there. Bud selection was good and decent pricing. read more

Good prices on flower and pre-rolls but the customer service is awful. Lady at the front desk is rude and only cares about making sure your id is legit (will ask you everything). Workers inside past the door were okay, they just wanted to make their sales and get straight back to their conversations. Just get your products from dispensaries in Denver, the atmosphere and customer service was amazing at the few dispensaries i visited. read more

This place is great and the staff is super friendly, especially Kendell. Kendell helped me out and I got exactly what I needed. Whenever I come out to Silverthorne I'll be sure to go to this place again! read more

I have been to this location a few times and everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. The staff is very knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer any questions you have. I'm still very new to the medicinal and recreational world which I think is intimidating in a way, but the employees know how to make you feel more comfortable in the space. They also seem to be a smooth operation as I haven't had to wait very long, if at all, even when there's a line of people. read more

This place is so awesome!! The atmosphere is so lite. They have the flower trees growing right I the lobby! Jenna and Frank was so welcoming. Brandi was so helpful and knowledgeable about the flower selection and helped us pick the right items. So happy we stopped here! read more

friendly staff, great produc! can't wait to come back through town

Service was terrible- clearly looked down on for being from out of state, staff eager to rush process, judgement for asking for stronger products. Prices are much better in Denver, recommend literally anywhere else. read more

Grooviest lil nook! Brandi was so helpful and patient and really looked out for my best interest. This place is swankier than most out there and will definitely be going back for that rewards program! read more

Team was informative, helpful, and patient. Interesting to go. Best bet if checking it out is to be open and honest, don't linger, listen, and buy something. read more

Great shop, super cool place with a great selection. I walked in and was given a 10 minute wait time. Was fine with that, on a time crunch trying to make dinner and what not. I waited 45 minutes before getting a text to go inside. On top of that, multiple other individuals who I'm assuming are regulars walked in straight ahead of me. Really liked this place but the treatment if you're out of state is a little ridiculous. read more

First of all, worst pricing in all of Colorado. Edibles are double the price compared to any of the other dispensary's around. Secondly, they threaten to take my friends real ID. He even provided his birth certificate. They even let me in with a same state ID. Don't recommend High Country healing, waste of money. read more

Passed through here on my way from Denver to Avon/Vail. Firstly, their staff is awesome. The girl that helped us was super cool. Though I feel like she pushed a sale on a strain that wasn't gonna sell any time quickly. And those PRICES. $15 a g?? I always forget how expensive the small mountain shops are. Now the real issue... the flower was old and compressed. We got Headband and Cookies and Cream. I feel like they had been sitting on the back shelf for a while. Small, popcorn buds. I typically don't expect much out of popcorn. I grow myself and know that the smaller buds are typically towards the bottom of the plant where not much light penetrates. Hardly got high off the stuff. Completely different experience than last time. Overall, staff 10/10 Prices 3/10 Dankness 3/10. Not dank enough for $15 a g, or $32 1/8 of popcorn. read more

My friend was very happy about the selection, service, and choices. While I waited outside I listened in on a great dissertation of bud growers. They seem eager to help others, which is tatamount to great learning begets great teachings. I'll appreciate them more for that than probably anything else. Truly a "rising tide raises all boats" philosophy. I heart this place. read more

I have never been to vail and got to Colorado and I didn't have any weed which for me is a travesty. When I walked into high country healing I was greeted amazingly and escorted into the room it was so quick and easy the staff was amazing and knowledgeable. Also the growing area in the lobby is gorgeous! I definitely recommend this spot! read more

Wayyyy over priced and kinda snobby budtenders. Pretty decent flower, but can find good flower anywhere.
