Roots Rx - EagleVail - A very happy me after going to roots! - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Avon, Colorado

This was my first time visiting RootsRx after being loyal to another dispensary and being sorely disappointed. Tyler was my budtender and I can't say enough good things about the service I received. This will be my new dispensary as long as they keep up this level of service. I should have written this last fall after my first visit but we are back in Beaver Creek and I'm looking forward to going back. read more

Friendly and very well-informed staff! Excellent visit from the minute I walked in. I would highly recommend this place with for not only their excellent guidance and advice, but their true professionalism. Thank you for your wonderful service. read more

I come to visit Colorado a lot. and in the past 2/3 years have never had any dispensary reject an id because it is still vertical. state law is Colorado id not an out of state ones. will not be stopping by again or recommendin. Tell your employees to treat costumers right and know what they are talking about. read more

Very knowledgeable budtenders with great customer service. They have everything you need and then some! Impressive selection for sure. Suited for all budgets. Cool shop! read more

not a good experience. was very falsely advertised on MULTIPLE items. blonde girl with long hair, don't trust her. Obviously didn't know what she was talking about. read more

Oh man, forgot to get the name of the guy who helped me. Never been to one of these places and was super excited that this guy (tall blonde man bun) guy walked me through what I should get! Thank you! I should have given more tip haha! read more

Roots Rx - EagleVail - Roots - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Avon, Colorado

The customer service at the establishment is very rushed and unprofessional. The bud tender matthew was not in any mood to answer any questions when I came into the establishment. Tried to ask him about selections and choices, and he was not very helpful. Some of the items were over priced but there for everyone. read more

Worst dispensary in eagle vail by far. Went into the other 4 dispensaries in town no problems but Roots was very disappointing and didn't let half of us in when we went. read more

Extremely helpful. Great selection. Had to Uber 5 minutes from my resort but was well worth it.

Didn't know what we were getting into but Joseph was delightful and explained all sorts of things for us. It was a great experience and I'm going back tomorrow! If you're in the area, this is the place to go. Thanks for making the experience so fantastic. I'm recommending to everyone local!! read more

This place has all the I'll favorites and all the new stuff. Best store in the Vail Valley and Tyler knows is professional, informative, and fun. read more

Hands down the best experience I've ever had going to a dispensary. The whole staff is great but there's this one young dude with a weed leaf mask that knows so fucking much he's legitimately like a dr. Prescribing you certain high. I've been chasing this certain high since I got out here and I finally found it!!! I STRONGLY suggest you swing through. Outstanding customer service, more than fair prices, especially on shake, and just an all around outstanding vibe. I would give it ten stars!!! read more

By far the best dispensary on the green mile (eagle-vail)!!! Best budtenders who are always happy to see you and know how to get exactly what you need! Zack, Amanda, all of them tbh! If they make a mistake, they will make it better, not right, better than right! Also they have the cheapest products that do no lack quality! $30 for 14g of good shake? They have a super diverse group of clientele also, so don't feel ashamed to pop in and say hi! Side note, they are even nice enough to display your business cards there! read more

I went in for some edibles and Steffany was fantastic. Super knowledgeable about all of the products. Great selection and prices there.

this place was great until one of the employees accused me of trying to resell his product in the parking lot and kicked me out, yelled profanities and lied to my face. read more

Loved the personal service and patience of the counter help. For those new to dispensaries, it's important to try multiple stores. This was the 2nd store I visited and I really liked the environment - especially compared to a nearby competitor that has a large impersonal waiting room (where the wait can be 30 min +). Roots Rx is my favorite dispensary in the Eagle-Vail area. read more

Clean and professional establishment. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took their time to answer questions and made good recommendations

My fav store anywhere!! Best quality and selection of products, and knowledgeable budtenders, but the best is their MUSIC!!!

Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Also they were very patient with me bc I had a lot of questions. I would highly ;) recommend this place. read more

Their Rocky Mountain blueberry tastes like it had mold. Very unprofessional environment. Uneducated customer service people. If a police officer can take my temp ID as a DL. And a bar can serve me alcohol then don't turn me down for your overpriced Budd especially when my info is in your computer. Just zero personable people in this place. Not a fan of Native Roots' owner but I'll go there now read more

This is the diamond in the rough of weed shops on the "green mile". Prices are actually reasonable, your not paying inflated prices. Product is top notch. Just wish I had found this place sooner. read more

Roots Rx is the best stop in town. Good variety of strains, all top shelf. Great service and really nice staff. When my friends and I were in the shop they showed us every strain to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. No need to go anywhere else, best dispensary in town! read more

THE BEST! Great variety and prices and friendly service!
