I don't agree this place is 3x* Expensive. Much cheaper 20x5 mg Revel gummies at only about $12.50 (four (4) bag minimum) than other dispensaries. Service was fast and friendly. Store is inviting and nicely decorated read more

My friends & I went here to buy some cannabis for my buddy's bachelor party. I just want to clarify that we are all 23 years old & of age. The lady with pink hair came out & denied us service because she believed the IDs were fake. they are completely legitimate ID's, that were given by the Minnesota state department. who ever owns this dispensary should fire this lady immediately. She came out and was incredibly rude to us. I didn't think you have to bring your entire birth certificate & government documents just to buy some weed. I was incredibly disappointed with this dispensary. & will never be shopping here again. read more

Went in. Wyatt helped me out. Wasn't pushy nor did he seem bothered by my questions. He made it a great experience!! I'd go back for sure!

This place is usually pretty good but today was a really bad experience. They offer a special four packs of edibles for $50, which I have purchased many times. Today the employee I believe his name was Ethan (taller guy with glasses). He claimed he misheard me when I said I want the four for $50 deal with three strawberries and a grape. When I said isn't the deal 4 for $50 he proceeded to grab another package and charge me full price for the fourth. So this lazy punk charged me $11.00 more than I should have paid and claimed it's only 4 for $50 when I buy all four together. I'll be finding a new dispensary or at least not dealing with that lazy punk again! read more

SUPER RECOMMENDED!!!! I have never been in such a cool dispensary! I was a little bit confused when I first walked in because of the different doors but someone came out immediately and helped me. The store manager, Stephen Norton, was super kind and cool. I was gladly surprised that on Mondays was 2x1 pre-rolls so it was muuuuch more cheap than I was expecting to pay. He even gifted me a bandanna!! If I would live here, I will be comming every day!! I love thiss!! Such a cool spot and very professional dispensary and staff!! Thank you Stephen read more

Ok....long lines but quick service. Went in with an out of state medical card. Wouldn't let me in on the med side but made sure I got a discount on the rec side. Definitely a different selection than what I'm used to seeing in PDX but plentiful and good none the less. Friendly knowledge staff. Awesome location. Shop here. read more

TERRIBLE. First stop getting into Frisco and we should've just went across the street to Tumbleweed. When we first walked in the dude at the front desk was a complete dick. One of the rudest people I've encountered and that's not an understatement. So from the get go the whole experience was just trash and this was my fiancées first time at a dispensary. I've never been treated this disrespectful at a dispensary and I've been to them in Washington and Oregon. So we finally get past the first rude dude only to go into the recreational room to deal with two more rude bud-tenders? I mean seriously? Is this how ya'll do business here? The weed isn't even worth one star. It's way over priced and it's what a lot of folks refer to as "Denver dust". It just crumbles in your hands, so dry and just not an appealing smoke. read more

My husband and I have tried a bunch of strains and almost everything that they have and we love it! Only thing I would say to be better is the customer service unfortunately, just feels like they don't want to be very welcoming to who walks in and are just looking to get you in and out but other than that, we love it here read more

Best medical deals in the county Kind, attentive staff Been coming here for years They need more medical concentrate variety- typically the same selections each time you go But good quality, not shitty product Great concentrate specials -10-15% off select days for members read more

Nice place! Always nice decor and selection. Bud tenders knew their stuff and were personal too. Needs a little life in their though... too quiet but still nice. read more

Rude service, awful weed. I've gotten better bags from dudes on street corners. Every employee I have dealt with is pretentious and acts as though it is a privilege to purchase their mass produced mid grade weed. Drive over to Altitude Organic Cannabis and save yourself the inevitable headache from either their staff or the mids. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible experience. Guy promised pens wouldn't die and both pens died. Wouldn't give refund or help at all. Just back talked and I was very nice. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Horrible and expensive.. read more

Classic Wendy's of weed just turned 21 applied to get my horizontal license it takes time to literally shipped to me. so I had been using my vertical (it hasn't expired yet ) at dispensaries and bars though walked in with my vertical got through the main check-in, selected what I wanted About to pay when he needs the ID again guy shows the manager. manager has a problem makes me download an app no big problem but then won't except the ID on the app Big waste of my time as a long time local I'm very disappointed. To their benefit they kept it very professional and it is company policy but they've lost my business tdlr don't come here with a vertical and weed is way over priced anyways read more

Flee this place immediately. They shook us down for $90 for one disposable pen. Upsold my GF into rechargebale that didnt work, and still doesnt work after a whole night of charging. There's another dispensdary, Tumbleweeds, that arent' corpoprate shakedown artists, right across the street. Trust me, you'll be glad you did. Terrible experience. I feel cheated. read more

If I could give one star I would. NEVER coming back here again. The idiot at the entrance of the Frisco location didn't accept my Puerto Rico ID. That ignorant useless employee couldn't recognize an ID that allowed me to fly into the US. She said I had to bring in a Passport, when I didn't even need that to enter this country. Racist ignorant dumb employee! read more

Love this place super dope vibe inside and the people there are super friendly! They have wonderful deals and you won't leave disappointed.

Loved the vibe here! Quality products and wonderful staff. Brendon was very helpful and Chill AF. Yelp wants me to write more so I guess I'll talk about the aesthetics of the store which were quite nice. Great displays and cool artwork outside. But I apparently still haven't written enough to satisfy Yelp so I'll talk about how much I like dogs. They really have saved humanity from utter pessimism and depression. You can't look at or pet a dog and be depressed or pissed off about the job you hate. You just love the dog and the dog loves you back. read more

Hands down the worst experience iv had at a dispensary. Iv been to several others and would recommend going to the Denver location if your traveling from that direction. Came here to give my brother's brother and father in law their first dispensary experience and was embarrassed and regretted it immediately. The main reason why my rating was because the bud tender SCOTT. Not once did Scott show us a menu and when I asked I learned quickly Scott was a problem. In fact "F Scott" became the tag line for the rest of our vacation. He was basically our Munson (if you've seen the movie kingpin) with the added salesmen ship of comic book guy from the simpsons Right from the get go scott was for lack of better words a dick. My brother's father in law was interested in getting a vape and several cartridges. His only requirement was that it didn't have any added flavors. In this case the Pax pods were the only non flavored ones. Scott however did not explain clearly which cartridges worked with which batteries. So when our in law asked for the mid teir battery he was asked which flavor cartridge he wanted. For the second or third time he had to tell Scott he did not want the flavored one. All Scott had to do was say he needed to get the pax charger since the pax pods (non flavored) were the only ones that worked with that battery. Now we get to our brother in law who only wanted to get some gummies. Rather than taking things out and showing him the product Scott proceeds to smuggly point to the products through the glass display and emotionlessly telling him what was available. When more questions were asked about the product we were greater with smug unenthusiastic answers. After seeing all this I began to change my mind on purchasing anything from Scott. Originally I had told him I was interested in cartridges but by the end of the experience I wasn't. I only changed my mind when he mentioned there was a sale on one of their cartridges that bumped it down from 70 to 55ish. The discount was the sole reason I purchased one NOT BECAUSE OF SCOTT. Aside from how we were treated, and my embarrassment for having put my family through this experience; the simple fact that Scott has that kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable and not needed within the line of work. There are hundreds if not thousands of people that want to be budtenders and for Scott to fill that position and have the shitty attitude he has is a shame not only for the native roots brand but people struggling to achieve his position. I will also be trying to find out if native roots has a corporate office and hopefully speaking to someone directly. read more

Its biggest plus is that it's close to the highway and hard to miss while driving. More expensive pricing compared to area competitors. Service felt a little impersonal. It was also weird that you exit out of the other side of the building from the entrance so you have to walk back around the outside of the building. Also, a bag or something would have been nice instead of having to walk out with a handful of containers. read more

So I'm gonna have to change my 5 star to a 2 star review. After being thrilled about the wonderful customer service I received on the recreational side, I made Native Roots my caregiver once I renewed my medical card. However, I've been way more than disappointed with the service I've received on their med side. Upon signing up to be a member there, I was given a piece of paper indicating I had a $75/ounce because I made them my caregiver. The second time I come back, the budtender tells me I have a $50 credit and I'll be walking out the door paying well over $100 for my "$75 ounce". I tell her I was specifically given a typed piece of paper from the budtender on my previous visit indicating I had a $75/ounce. This budtender then tells me if I can't afford the ounce I need to wait and come back. Not only was I lied to, but an employee also implied I didn't have enough money to be shopping there. The employee helping me today didn't know my name or whether or not I was even a member when I came in until I had to remind her of both things. Rude, rushed service. I'm highly disappointed. read more

First of all, the bud tenders are clueless and are just there to push certain specific product, secondly it's extremely over priced compared to their competition, 55 for an eight? They don't take debit or credit, instead they charge you a $4 "atm fee" which is 200% more than what an actual atm fee would cost, their "house" brands are totally underwhelming, especially the gummies, somehow a $20 pack of gummies end up being almost $40 out the door with all their ridiculous fees and charges, do yourself a favor there's plenty of dispensaries that take not only debit but also credit with much better quality product read more

I've been to a couple different dispos in Colorado and all I have to say is this place is for sure my number one !! Everyone is so nice especially kailey and Michael !! They were so helpful and gave great recommendations :) definitely will be shopping there more often !! Truly the nicest staff and everyone there is super efficient !! Kailey and Michael definitely deserve a raise read more

The salesman Scott was incredibly rude. When a friend who tried to pull money out of the atm came up he asked a question about a vape pen and Scott came back with a remark about having to repeat himself 3 times when my buddy wasnt even near the counter when the question was asked previously. If they wouldnt have tried to check us all out as a group when we were all paying separately. Then after running my card he refunded my purchase and didnt repay the "atm" fee. If you're in the area go to tumbleweed across the street they were way friendlier and treated us like kings. read more

Horrible customer service. Staff seemed as if they didn't want to be there. Will not be returning to this location or any other branches.

Absolutly an insult and joke to all legal states.I smelled 10 different strains, all smelled like hey......None of them testing more ghan 14.5% thc.But i wanted to try colorodo weed,i have been smokeing LasVegas and Cali top shelf so i am picky. That being said i asked if they had any oz or half oz deals.Girl i do not remember her name says yes half oz out the door w tax mabey 75 or more.Like i said she offered me all 10 i would be able to mix 4 8ths or whatever. All did not smell great but i did want to try,she rings me up at $140.00.I askec what is there 65 dollars tax?Dude come from the other side and says no wrong deal it is only the 2 crumble brands.I wanted to smell them and he seemed pushy and said something about me haveing to hurry up because something was against the law.??? REAL SKETCHY,so still wanting yo try colorodo bud i bought half oz of crumble Mango kush also smells like hey,but i guess i got high off it which was my only good thing i will say. read more

This is the secOnd time I come here when I fly down to Colorado and I'm not surprised that I got shitty customer service.
