I fancied in on some sandals, ok I spoiled myself on a couple of Birkins but it's my Mom's fault for buying me my first 2 lol. Selection is always mind boggling for me because I want it all but I can't afford all of them lol. Value what's value when I put it on my parents account, j/k I'm very mindful.

I do not write reviews often, but after three separate visits to this boutique, I feel compelled to…read moreshare my experience regarding the consistent lack of luxury service.First Visit (Ignored): The store was chaotic and crowded. We stayed upstairs waiting for 10 minutes while 2 to 3 associates actively ignored us, never making eye contact or acknowledging our presence. We left. (We did appreciate that they are dog-friendly, as our large dog was welcomed alongside three other large dogs downstairs).Second Visit (Dismissive): We gave them another chance. We found a sweet associate downstairs and asked if she could help us upstairs. I was looking for a specific bracelet. She checked the Denver store, saw they didn't have it, and stopped searching. Rather than offering to source it from another boutique--a standard practice at neighboring luxury houses like Gucci, Louis Vuitton, or Dior--she simply told me to look online myself. I was taken aback. Furthermore, while other patrons were enjoying champagne, we were never even offered a glass of water. (I ended up buying the bracelet online, paying $35 in shipping, and paying return shipping on a second style I had to order to try on).Third Visit (The Purchase): I returned a final time to try on shoes I was interested in. The associate from my second visit immediately handed me off to someone else. Again, no drink was ever offered. I did find the shoes I wanted and purchased them in-store.Conclusion: Between the online bracelet and the in-store shoes, I spent roughly $3,000. I am well aware that other clients here spend multi-thousands, but I still felt slighted by the tier-system treatment. On this same trip, I spent $3,000 at Louis Vuitton and $1,200 at Gucci, where I was treated infinitely better. Hermès Aspen completely lacks the baseline hospitality, effort, and proactive service expected at these price points.

As for this retail store, its located in Snowmass Village, Buttermilk at the base of the mountain. Since I am NOT familiar with ASPEN to begin with, please do pardon my knowledge. Was here with Hubs on SUNDAY January 29th 2012. After almost one quarter day in Aspen, I decide to go to this store, since one I am a "sucker" for souvenirs. This retail store is tiny, and located next to one of the bathrooms. I feel "cramped" just about when I entered this store. YES, the stuffs they sell ARE EXPENSIVE. With all those "high end" outdoor wear, jackets, goggles, gloves what nots. All in all an OK shopping experience here. From the receipt I received as stated these were the details : Aspen Skiing Company Four Mountain Sports - BUTTERMILK Aspen, Colorado (970)-920-0969 Client : 635 The staff behind the counter and who liaise with my purchase is Solomon Cordwell Time : 1:27pm But from online and thru the Aspen Snowmass website, they mentioned that Four Mountain Sports are also the official providers of Aspen/Snowmass merchandise and one of the locations in Buttermilk has this phone number instead. (970) 920-0615 Hence I am still confused with the different phone number details. @17/2012
