I needed to fix the…read morewiring on the back of a print and asked Kris who was working there if she had any suggestions, She looked at the print and said she could fix it immediately, if she had the right hardware. She went into another room, came back and said she found what she was looking for. I asked how long it would take to fix it and she said, "Give me 10 minutes." I said okay. I went next door for 15 minutes to grab a coffee and when I returned, Kris had recovered the back of the print, taken out the backing and replaced it with fresh backing, and replaced the broken wiring. When I asked how much I owed her, she said, "Nothing." I asked if she was sure and she reassured me she was. The work Kris did was beautiful and she couldn't have been nicer. I will definitely be going back to Suitable For Framing in the future with all my framing needs!
