Thursday comes around and they havent shown up by 2pm so I call and they say that they MIGHT be able to come by later (no telling when) or that they would like to reschedule for next tuesday. They made many excuses why they couldn't (never consistent). The man behind the phone's name is Walt. He is short and rude and doesn't call when he say he will. Frustrating.
