Thank god I was stopped by a few pieces in the window and called my significant other to come back. We entered and were greeted by a very attentive and polite staff . I have run my own boutique and have done my own buying for the shop- Not to mention over 35 years of retail management and I just love the industry... so Customer Service is my #1 (greeting & acknowledgment), #2 the clothing and choices, #3 the follow up and service... OK and visual matters to me a lot as well. So all around this shop encompassed all of the things that I love to be in a store. They even got me i to the fitting room even though I hate trying clothes on and I always know what I want without trying on. They were not pushy, but also continued to show me things that I would not have seen. We spent a good penny, and would definitely be back !! I am so glad we turned around and did not keep going. The windows is what pulled me in! I do recommend Bandana and not to mention the paper was red bandanna! So cuteness is everything to me and that made me feel special :) I have worn my awesome sparkly hooded sweatshirt five times already since I have left :) I have gotten so many compliments on it and asked where I got it from. I really appreciated her warmth and customer service. But unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience the next day when an employee (I believe her name is Susie) rang up the item. She seemed so miserable and disagreeable; I could not understand why she was in a position where she was forced to interact with the public. I hope the owner realizes what kind of employee she has hired.

Watch out for dirty tricks! My wife and I purchased a few souvenir t-shirts. She collected the…read moreshirts at the register and asked me to pay so she could grab one more shirt. I paid and we left. My wife noticed that the store had charged almost $50 for each of the shirts and we immediately returned to the store. We asked to return the items. The clerk refused stating their no refund policy was printed on the receipt! Of course, you would not see that until you had already purchased the items They said that there was also a sign on the door but it was at the bottom corner of door in small letters. Unbelievable!!

It's right on the corner in the middle of town! Think small little intimate setting, clean and neat filled with goodness! Mary helped me design my new "loquet" (a line out of London started by 2 girls) You select your locket, the charms to go inside and the chain length and style. (They have a chain that is completely adjustable ) They are pricey but made with gold, diamonds and even your birthstone if you select one. The entire collection Is completely customizable and she has a wonderful selection of their dainty little charms. She also can order a piece for you!
