Beware that this store has implemented a $20 fee to pick up a package. This is *in addition* to…read morefees that the shipper already paid UPS and is assessed to you as the recipient. They give you a runaround about how they're not actually UPS, even though that's the name on the door, and they can add whatever fees they fancy, in whatever amount they choose. So you either pay the junk fee or let them send the package back.

I used a period because it was more of a declaration than a question. I didn't say a word to provoke this kind of behavior, and I was simply waiting for her and her male co-worker to finish their conversation. It wasn't busy and I was the only person waiting. After taking a few seconds to process how stunned I was at her reaction, I told her that was rude, and she again rolled her eyes and reiterated "How MAY I help you?" I simply said I was taking my business elsewhere and left. Does Sandy's treat all of their customers like this? I explained that if I wasn't able to get the other EOD or next morning, it would be a wasted effort. We were staying an hour away in Aspen with nothing closer. She said to send her my file and she's see what she could do for me. Approximately 20 minutes they were ready, which was already appreciated beyond words. Went to Copy Copy to get a passport picture taken and they didn't tell me I couldn't show my teeth…read morein the picture. I paid over $15 for this service. I had to pay another $15 to get another picture taken somewhere else. When I called back to get e refund they refused because I didn't have my receipt. The problem is, they never gave me a receipt, just a little book with 2 pictures for the passport. Basically I'm out money because they have an incompetent staff. Stoked...
