I wondered if I had the right number since I thought it was odd that someone would answer a business phone at this time of the morning. I asked if this was Michael Bair Jewelry, and he said, "Yes." I asked if this was his cell phone, and he said "Yes." I asked about his hours, and he said he lives in a studio but could meet me nearby. He asked me what I wanted, and I said "I'm simply looking to replace my watch battery." He scoffed with irritation and said, "At 1:30 in the morning?!?" I apologized for the inconvenience and hung up. Here's a tip Michael, if you're going to use your cell phone as your business phone and don't want to be bothered in the middle of the night, then have a recording set with your business information and don't answer the phone! I will not be giving him my business. Very unprofessional. Very sketchy. I wouldn't trust him with the battery in my toothbrush.

They simply took $8 from the till and told me that was what I got for my 3 framed ski prints. What? How much did they sell for? When? They had no idea and they seemed to care less that I was even asking to answer the simple math on this. Then I was told some story how the computer was down and the owner wasn't there... I will never go back and customers should know that it's a dishonest place.
