I was with her and know she was looking for many things. It was rude and not what one would like to see in a boutique. They lost business from her and likely now from me. Appearances are not everything. I also just found out they own Ruby Jane practically next door - the woman working there did not look up or help any person I saw go in - our group went in separately and were astonished by the rudeness they encountered. It was a disappointing day trying to show off our local shopping area to family.

I made an appointment to drop off and was told to come at 10:30 after I suggested 10:00, as I was going to be in the area and didn't want to drive back and forth to Vail. I arrived exactly at 10:30. The doors were locked, and no lights were on, even though they were supposed to have opened at 10:00. A few people came and left. I waited and a little after 10:35 somebody (with an attitude) finally shows up. I only had to exchange a few sentences with her to know that I would rather give away my designer shoes and clothing than do business there. If you have items there on consignment, you should go pick them up because this place is on the verge of closing down.
