I'm sure some people have had great experience with the owner, but it's just not the experience I am used to with purchasing comic books. I was a regular with a simple file box and a checklist for decades in NY and this was like pulling teeth. Hope he finds a way to be a better businessman, and not argue with customers. Or just sell his shop to someone that wants to be in operation seems like he hates what he does.
