Spent 5 hours in store as he tried to straighten that out. Finally he said they could not fix problem, daughters phone was deactivated and they needed to FedEx a new SIM card to daughter overnight so she could use phone. They did not do that it was 3 days before they even processed the request for SIM, and then seem to have sent it by FedEx Ground. The SIM card did not work and it took daughter 2 hours on phone with AT&T to get them to activate her phone. Went back to store to turn in my old phone for credit as they had prearranged. Could not get into store as they were busy. The manager said they would call me when they finished with current customers. After 2 more hours wandering around killing time outside store waiting, no call and the store closed. All in all, wasted about 12 hours just due to mistake of going to this store with unconcerned under trained staff. Daughter who relies on phone for business was without service for 4 days. I would never go back to this store, and would recommend that everyone avoid it.
