The project was done wrong but I had no printed receipt (I had credit card statement showing payment) I accepted the project by paying. Looked at first print and it was wrong so staff person took it back and reprinted and it looked ok, so I left and realized later, on my trip to Michigan, they were wrong.(2 sided orientation upside down) I called and explained what happened and whoever I talked to said they couldn't help, that I should have seen the problem. No apology, no acceptance of responsibility. When I returned I went into the shop and received even worse treatment. I really became angry at the clerk. She was horrible and I dropped an f bomb. I said "you stand there having totally botched a project all you can do is tell me how I fu$&@d up. I apologized. She lied to her manager who was also no help. I wrote to the owner. No help. This whole thing was just terrible service start to finish. I've never blown up at anyone in a business professional setting before. I've worked in Healthcare 40 years and volunteered here in the valley as well, I know how to treat people. This was off the chart poor customer service. Because I lost my temper the whole thing is on me now. I am that obnoxious rude customer so they feel entitled to do nothing.

My company has done business with Rocky Mountain Reprographics for several consecutive years…read moreprinting signs for an event. At their very best, they were uncommunicative and difficult. At their worst, they were downright rude. In 2021, after communicating with me and only me for weeks on a print order, RMR for some reason sent an invoice to the hotel where the signs had been delivered instead of sending the invoice to me directly. Obviously, since I don't work at the hotel, I never received the invoice. When I heard nothing, I assumed they had sent the invoice either to our accounting department directly or to the event manager, as they would have done in previous years for the same order. Weeks later they finally emailed me and attached the invoice, claiming it was overdue (that was the first I had seen it). Their payment was processed through our accounting department within 24 hours after they finally sent the invoice. In 2022, on the DAY we had requested our materials to be delivered - late on a Friday when our accounting department has gone home for the weekend (we're headquartered in the Eastern time zone) - RMR demands payment in advance before they'll deliver the materials, claiming that they've had a "bad experience" with us. It usually takes at least a day to process any outgoing payments through our accounting department so this is literally an impossible request on two hours' notice. I called Tom at RMR to explain the situation and ***he told me he would throw our signs in the dumpster and then he hung up on me***, leaving us high and dry for our event that was only days away and way too late to find another printer. Tom tried to claim advance payment had always been RMR's policy, but if that's the case why had they not demanded advance payment for the same job each of 4 prior years, and why did they wait to communicate that policy until hours before our scheduled delivery? For that matter, why did they accept the 2022 order from us in the first place if they were clearly still chapped over the 2021 invoice and didn't want to do business with us? If they had wanted payment in advance, we could have accommodated that if only they had informed us with 1 business day advanced notice (we had been in communication about the 2022 order for about six weeks with no mention of advance payment). If they didn't want to do business with us at all, we could've found another printer if they'd let us know when we first reached out for a price quote six weeks prior. Instead, they accepted the order and waited to drop an advance payment demand on us HOURS before we needed the delivery on a Friday, which is unacceptable. Thank goodness, our event manager volunteered to pay the ransom out of her own pocket and the company will reimburse her. We did eventually get the signs, but not without a lot of absolutely avoidable and unnecessary stress, courtesy of Rocky Mountain Reprographics.

When I found the cabinet store, New Box for my son kitchen, I knew we had come to the right place…read more They are in Vail, CO and Denver, CO so it made it so easy to run by their Vail showroom or when we were in Denver run by their showroom. They were so helpful every single time we needed them. I am a decorator and I am helping my son remodel their kitchen. Our biggest challenge in the home was the kitchen. With it being a smaller size kitchen our challenge was trying to get everything he wanted into the room without making it look crowded. To start the process, New Box drew us kitchen plans that help them be able to see the cabinets, all the kitchen equipment and created a space for a pantry. The way they drew the kitchen allowed us to see the flow of the space. Honestly both locations helped us with their cabinets, guidance on a color or style, marble verses manmade stone. When a company has only 5 star reviews, I wonder if the are real but this company deserves all the five stars reviews. We will add a photos to this review after stone counters, appliances, flooring and lighting are finished. New Box showed us multiple price options before we made a decision.

Kind of expensive and not the best people to get what you want…read more The cost of a a peice of plywood is very expensive compaired to the Home D. After purchasing the wood didn't think much about the price until I wen to the HD, sticker shock is what we will call it. The people made me feel like I did not know what I was doing which in fact I don't work in construction so maybe I looked like I was in the wrong place and that was an excuse to not be 100% helpfull. I think this place is better for contractors and not so much the general public.
