Great selection and is priced super well for the most part. Service can be a little better but other than that the experience was great.

On vacation in Glenwood Springs, we visited Target to pick up a few items. Colorado is MUCH drier than South Carolina, so we needed more lotions, creams, and chapstick. We also needed bottled drinking water. We also picked up some trail mix for hiking and munching in our motel. The Favorite Day brand is a Target house brand that makes delicious and affordable trail mixes in both sweet and salty varieties. The store was laid out/arranged similar to Target back home, but was cleaner and well organized. If you want a snack, both Starbucks and Pizza Hut Express are inside the store. read more

This Target saved me. We were visiting from the East Coast for a summer wedding, and I sort of thought the "it might get down to the 40s at night" was a joke. When I realized it wasn't, I stopped by this Target to get a jacket to put on over my dress in the evening. This Target is new, large, and clean. We went here 2 days in a row. At first, I had no idea it was so close to our hotel. I was absolutely thrilled because I really didn't want to go to Walmart. Though I wasn't able to find everything that I needed there, it was still a decent shopping experience. The store was bare, so we were able to keep our distance (yup COVID times). I'm used to Super Targets (with full-service grocery, deli & bakery sections), where I'm from. I don't see why Targets don't just all become Super Targets! It totally makes freakin' sense! The store was clean, organized and the customer service was pretty decent, too. There are a couple eateries close by and close to a Natural Grocers, which I love, too! I would choose Target over Walmart any day of the week, so again, I was so happy to have easy access to this store. read more

ONLINE SHOPPING is a JOKE!!! No way they can touch AMAZON or Walmart... I placed an order online to avoid crowds, for pick-up at my local store. The items were in stock at the store, I ordered, paid and waited to get the text saying it was ready for pick-up. Text never came, called the store, "we don't have an order with this name or number" (I have an email confirmation with the order number, she doesn't have). I said that wasn't helpful, she laughed and said "Yeah" and hung up. Got online with their help center chat....no better. They can debit my account, send me and email confirmation...but no one knows anything or can update me in any way. So much for convenience and avoiding stress...hahaha. So I was enjoying my time in target looking for a new Taylor Swift vinyl for my collection, and I could not find any ,so I purchased three books. and looked at some items which I commented on how expensive these items were, because I am a struggling college student with a lot of sarcasm in my life. As I was leaving after checking myself out and making more comments about the prices of these books, a tall older gentleman wearing a blue shirt, told us that he was going to check the cameras, when I asked him to repeat himself, he refused,. as I was getting ready to exit the building he was watching us very intently as I got closer to him and the checkout isles . then as I left target he watched me walk to the car and I felt very unsafe. I tried to call HR and get connected to their manager. Unfortunately they just hung up the phone on me. this does feel racially motivated as I am clearly a young latina woman. read more

My Target addiction is borderline out of hand. It's like an adult's Disney World. I go in for toilet paper and leave with a throw blanket, a serving dish, a ceramic rabbit, cereal, mascara, a dress, shampoo, and no toilet paper. Haha! Pretty nice selection of home goods. I love the Nate Berkus line. I have decorated a good chunk of my house with items from here including an ottoman, drapes, lamps, end table, baskets, blankets, decorations, rugs, and more. Bonus: the staff has been really cool about allowing many returns I have had to make while buying huge piles of house stuff and then bringing things back that didn't work. Glenwood Springs is a difficult place to drive in since it is in a canyon and I-70 splits the town in two. That means windy roads. Overall not too impressed with this Target as some of their other locations as far as selection goes but it is passable. Skip all of their offers on getting credit cards. The interest is through the roof! read more

So glad Target was here. We desperately needed new pillows! It was raining pretty good once we got inside Target and while walking around the store the power went out. Talk about a black out! The power came back on quickly and they hustled as fast as they could to get the computers back up. The staff all worked together really well and cooperated with each other. The service was friendly and we were able to chat with our cashier till the computer was back up. Oh and a shout out to the Glenwood local that told us to make a run for it because the rain would last a while. THANK YOU!!! We did make a run for it and spent two hours at our hotel across 70 watching it rain. read more

Photo Center Specifically: I printed photos from my phone to the photo center using their online form. The pictures ended up super yellow! Customer service representative didn't charge me for them (good), but didn't know how to fix it (bad). I had to go back and edit my photos to be quite blue. Retried and they were better. How would I ever have known to need to make them so blue? They should have a fix for that or something. They didn't match the photos on my phone at all. I know that kind of thing can be difficult, but I shouldn't have to trial-and-error my way to the solution. read more

This is a nice, new Target in a large shopping center, with a scenic view of a hill from the parking lot. It's a bit hard to get to from I-70 though, you may need your GPS. read more

I mostly go for my CVS needs (& all 3 pharmacists are A-1 & are always beyond helpful. They've caught several errors per RXs that won't mix w/ the one I must take. I've developed poor personal (physical) mobility the past year, which is reason for fluctuated rating... actually runs from 1 to 4. There's now an extensive, full layout change. Very hard to locate what I know I need in Targhe' part, without trecking further than able. While most any store has a doofus or 3, most of the staff here are helpful while still lost at new 'item locations' themselves. Other thing I noticed is that specific brands I choose to use are Quickly being phased out by Target's own brand. This means loss of personal choice per manufacturers I prefer to support (I vote w/ my dollars per products, where manufactured, company background...& so on). Now it feels like so many other Corporate 'take-overs'. read more

It's just a standard Target. Nothing special. While it is better than Walmart, it's nothing amazing. The employees here are friendly, and will help you out with what you need, and the parking lot is quite large. read more

This target is not amazing. Considering that it's the only one within 100 miles, they should work a little bit harder to keep the items they claim, on the internet, to sell in the store, in stock. I've been there multiple times for baby shower registers gifts and not a single item was in stock. Also, they do not sell burp cloths. This might seem petty but it's target and they have isles of baby stuff. How can they not sell plain white burp cloths. Also, this might be common knowledge but never by from target if you ever think you'll need to return it. Registering here for my sisters baby shower was a disaster. They refused to return or exchange any of the duplicate gifts she received. ALSO, we purchased a piece of nursery furniture online, and it came demolished. Target refused to take it back. It wasn't so much that we didn't want to return it online, it was that the box was demolished, and the way target packaged it must have been done by a machine because fitting the 50 pieces of wood back into the box was NOT possible for even the most talented of individuals. Just to ship it back we would have had to drive 30 miles out of our small town to find a moving box that could accommodate this piece of furniture. My sister's baby was due any day, her husband was out of town and lugging this piece of furniture to target, in the next town was difficult enough. The whole experience was horrible and I am certain I will think long and hard before registering here again. read more
