I needed to get out of town for a bit to clear my head. I decided to go out west and came across…read morethis store. It has almost everything. There is personal care items, home decor, pillows and throw blankets, some clothing, cleaners, kitchen ware, food, drinks, frozen food, canned food, movies, trash bags, you name it. I have to say I was impressed because the town is a 'blink and you will miss it' kind of town. To have this big of a store seemed unique. They are open until 10pm many nights too which was surprising. However, I knew I was in small-townville due to the BIG Chevy truck that pulled up with no muffler being as loud as can be. There is a private parking lot too. This may be the 'place to be' for some. The lady was helpful when I asked but not super attentive unless you ask. If you need specialty items, this is NOT the store to go to. Though it is a Dollar General, many items are $2, $3, $4 and $5. These are still good prices when I compare to where I live currently. Not even Walmart is that cheap! Overall I was happy, especially to spend $80 with a full grocery cart. I also noticed there is no cell service in the store or on the street. It may be my provider, but it is a small town, so not surprising. I am sure I will return to the store one day again.

There is a cashier named Rebecca at the City Market in Rifle. On June 30, 2026, at approximately…read more4:15 p.m., my husband and I made a large grocery purchase, including beer. Rebecca checked my husband's ID, then insisted on seeing mine as well. Unfortunately, I had accidentally left my wallet at home. Although I am almost 47 years old, she refused to complete the sale until I produced identification. I was eventually able to pull up my digital ID on my phone, but because of poor cell service in the store, it took several minutes to load. During that time, the line behind us continued to grow, and the experience was extremely embarrassing and frustrating. This is not the first time Rebecca has handled a transaction with us this way. We understand that employees must follow company policy and state law, but her manner of interacting with customers came across as unnecessarily confrontational and lacking in basic customer service. Because of these repeated experiences, my husband and I will never go through her checkout line again. The rest of our checkout was also frustrating. The employee bagging our groceries walked away, so I ended up bagging much of our order myself. Then we discovered that the price tag was missing from a package of ribs, requiring my husband to walk all the way back to the meat department to get another package before we could finish checking out. My husband and I spend thousands of dollars at this City Market every year, and this was one of the most frustrating shopping experiences we've had. I hope management addresses both the customer service concerns and the overall checkout experience so other customers don't have a similar experience.

I really enjoyed opening night. Who doesn't love shopping with wine, chocolate, and a group of…read morelike-minded people? But of course, the opening night can always be hyped up so I came back two weeks later (and yes, this is my excuse for shopping more here). The selection of clothing here is amazing. From warm, thick fabric to light, flowy ones- you'll find an array of options to step up your closet's game. This is the perfect shop for someone who likes to dress rocker chic, modern rustic, or even as a professional free spirit. Think military with a twist of silky, flowy cuts. Or attitude with class. Or rose gold spikes with soft luxury. The prints, fabrics, and cuts are lovely for work and comfortable enough for daily wear. I wanted to take everything home and even sleep in some of them! Even the decorative pieces were cute; I had to fight the temptation to steal them! The prices were actually very reasonable. While yes... it's not competing with your favorite outlet or discount store where a shirt is $25. The shirts were around $50 to $300 but they were high quality, super comfortable, and a great investment in a quality wardrobe. They had a designer feel at a very reasonable rate. The only thing I would wish to see change in this store is cutting out fur and adding matte jewelry. I saw fox fur... and there were more I didn't investigate with. While I love to look hot and feel great in what I wear, wearing a dead animal's skin will only bring me down. Cruelty is never fashionable. As for matte jewelry, I'm not one for bling. Yes, I know- I'm not normal in the Aspen world. But I love matte jewelry of gold, rose gold, and silver without any bling. It just makes me feel more professional while still embracing my feminine side. I think that's just me though. In short, if you're the kind who likes wearing a gorgeous modern print on a silky, long sleeve shirt over 'leather' pants, sky-high platform heels, and a cute spiky crossover bag- this is the place for you. Rock on, love.

This is a wonderful store. Besides the amazing goods they offer, the staff is outstanding. If you…read moreare in Aspen, make sure to go to this store. Ask for Sam! She is the best and will do anything she possibly can to help you.

If you notice the reviews for this store are quite old. So now here's a current review…read more The store was sold. The new owners have really changed the place. It's really is nothing like it used to be and here's why... 1) This place was known far and wide to be a part of the sportsman scene in eagle county. Hunters and fly fishing enthusiasts would flock here and grab licences and gear and ammo and stove fuel etc etc Sadly this is now gone. The sporting goods department looks like a Russian government soup kitchen from the 80's... Nothing on the shelves!!! 2) The inventory has changed from "nearly everything" to ain't got shit. We used to get kids boots, crafts, hobby goods, spray paint, locally made candy, and much more. Now you can buy a candle and some lame greeting cards. If I could give 0 Stars I would. Not sure what the business plan is for this store but it sucks now.

From stationary to home goods to hunting gear, you'll find it here. You'll also find hand-made candy at the counter and a full pharmacy. Thanks to the Nearly Everything Store, I can go an entire weekend without getting in my car even if I find I'm missing a few odds and ends halfway through. Especially handy for me in particular is that they have a respectable selection of model paints - without which I would need to trek down to Scully's in Vail. If you are visiting any of the shops, cafes and restaurants of Downtown Eagle, the Nearly Everything Store is worth a visit.
