I even said I would buy $100 blazer if they gave me a 10% discount on the bag yet they refused. I ended up not buying the $90 bag or the $100 blazer. They lost out. The sales folks were really attentive and made me feel welcome. I specifically remembered Cherry B who helped me look for shoes. She went above and beyond to find me a pair and even went through J Crew online store to find my size and color. It was great to see all the sales people work as a team because not only did Cherry help me but her colleague assisted with getting me a dressing room as the store was pretty busy. I'm hoping I have the same friendly experience I had when I return.

We didn't realize this when we walked into the Columbia store at 6:50 on a Thursday, but the male worker let us know with the quickness that we had less than 10 minutes to go before they closed! We made a beeline to the clearance area and scored a great deal on a pullover fleece and a four pack of socks. I think the manager felt bad for his emphasis on the store closing time as he really pushed the benefits of the rewards program and encouraged us to sign up as we were checking out, which I did appreciate. The warranty on the zippers is a nice offering so you should do the same if you stop in and purchase something.

The staff working were super nice! The customer in front of us was given great customer service, so we knew we were at a good place. We did find a pair of sunglasses for 5 bucks and when we went to go pay it was half off! Yasss!!!
