Definitely avoid if you're looking for a professional printing operation. I contacted Rush My Prints via phone for a next day print job. Frustratingly, he wouldn't provide any information on materials or pricing over the phone until final print ready files were emailed. After emailing the files, I got a stock email response (with typos), but never received a quote or any follow-up. I called again an hour later, and was told they would get back to me after reviewing my files. The deadline came and went without any response from Rush My Prints. Luckily I was able to find an alternative, dependable printer to meet my deadline. For serious, professional print jobs, I would definitely NOT recommend Rush My Prints. read more

Take your money elsewhere! Your money doesn't matter here! Tried to reach out to their Vegas location to get two copies of a poster printed. Sounds simple, right? Was even offering $100 which is absurdly high but my urgency definitely was willing to offer it! Well, as you can tell from many other reviews here I got the same "left on read" treatment. Seems like they pride themselves with being 24 hours but can't keep up with business during that time. You left me on read at 3 PM. Nobody texted you at 2 AM and even if I did, you could've at least replied the next day. Take the advice of myself as well as many others here and find another printer in Las Vegas, trust me, there are WAY better options out there. Las Vegas Custom Printing was TOO EASY to work with! Definitely would go with them over trying to get a reply from these guys! read more

RushMyPrints - The "owner" who is very unprofessional with his responses. - Printing Services Near Me

5/5 for turnaround time and print quality. However, 0/5 when it comes to invoicing and billing if you need it for work to get reimbursed. They sent me a quote and credit card authorization form approving $1175+taxes, but charged my card $2750 across two charges. Print job was a month ago exactly, and I still haven't gotten Jesse to (1) correct the charges, and (2) send me an invoice so i can get reimbursed. They are not responding to my emails and texts. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

I mean, I guess it would be a zero star review since I sent them a text at 6:10pm on a Saturday as their website instructs. I provided a rough idea of what I needed and explained that I had a celebration of life where the original minister has gone MIA so I am jumping in last minute trying to put things together at the last possible minute. I saw the read receipt shorty after I sent my message on my iPhone and they never responded. Now it's 4:44am Sunday morning I'm 6-7 hours from needing this emergency print job completed - and haven't found a company in San Francisco that can help. Considering opening up my own place and providing actual customer service in a SF business sector that is actually lacking in viable options. Can we just f'Ing bring back Kinko's? Even if the answer is "no, we can't do it" I'd expect a place that bills itself as a 24/7 print business to respond to a message that they viewed that is extremely urgent. Maybe they deliver for other people but they didn't even bother trying with me. read more

They did not deliver the promised quality or product and initially refused to acknowledge the fact. While they may be satisfactory for simple prints, I would certainly avoid them for the complex print jobs. read more

This would have been a 5 star review, but I haven't been able to get into contact with Jesse since the day of our event. We rush ordered big signs and flyers and they we delivered promptly the next day, looking exactly how we requested. I never received an itemized invoice or a draft to approve. We didn't receive the amount of large signs I had requested and I have been trying to contact them for almost 3 weeks now to get more details. I'm disappointed in the lack of detail and responsiveness. edit: He sent me a link to write a google review and claimed I would receive a 50$ amazon gift card. I left a review a month later because my dispute has not been dealt with, I've emailed multiple times, texted him (how hard is it to send an itemized invoice?), he is now refusing to send me one claiming that I sent it too late. No deadline was mentioned. So apparently only 5 star reviews will receive a gift card. He has made several promises of sending me the invoice and fails to fulfill this. He's pulling some victim card and saying "life happens," which I would be sympathetic to if he could stick to his word. This whole thing could have been bypassed if he had just sent me an itemized receipt initially. Super disappointed because the product and promptness was exceptional. Customer service is lacking unfortunately. read more

At 4:30 a.m., I finally completed my mother's obituary program that I needed for her service Monday morning. I sent the pdf file via email to RushMyPrints. Jesse patiently processed my order and delivered beautiful 4 color, 8 page programs on time before I got to the church. I'm forever grateful for the way they handled the entire process. Highly recommended for quality and dependability. read more

I was way behind schedule on editing a magazine for an art event, so I was up almost till dawn the day I needed the copies completed and RushMyPrints saved my skin. The event started at 12pm and I emailed the shop at 3:45am with all the specifications. I explained that I would be at work so I wouldn't be present for the delivery, and that the delivery needed to be between 10am-12pm so one of the event volunteers could be present. I also included the PDF of the magazine because for some reason, it was unusually big for only 20pgs. Jesse emailed back at 6am with the estimate and a form for payment. I replied back with the form at 7am and almost immediately, Jesse replied saying that the order was then being authorized and the delivery would definitely happen by noon. At about 9, Jesse emailed me asking if I had a smaller PDF size, because again, this file was unusually big and I'm still not sure what error I made. Jesse made it work, though, and the 25 copies I ordered arrived at the art event at around 11:15am. To recap: I contact the shop just before 4am, I got a reply at 6am, then after the order was authorized, the order was delivered in just over 4hrs. I would've been satisfied if the order was delivered during the event, but no, it was delivered EXACTLY when I requested. I opted for the budget glossy because I was already spending a lot, and the quality was very good. The colors turned out exactly how I planned and the cut of the paper was precise. Everything appeared very crisp. The magazine contained text, photos, and scans of art, all of which came out perfect. If I ever get myself in this situation again, I will most certainly contact RushMyPrints. read more

I dont know why anyone would give anything by 5 stars to this company. I found RushMyPrints when researching local printers for our school's auction invitations. Jesse always responded promptly and answered all my many questions in detail. He also worked with our very limited budget and was happy to help out a local public school. Thank you! The final invitations were just as we wanted and he delivered them next day! I feel like we struck gold finding this printing company. We look forward to using and trusting RushMyPrints with future printing needs. read more

I also had to beg for an invoice and it took over a month to get it. On top of the cost, there was an extra $500 charge from them on our credit card that I have continuously asked for an explanation for and they will not respond. It has been 3 months now read more

I 10/10 recommend getting any type of service down with them!! They were super responsive & quick. 2 hour turnaround & they worked with my budget. Value is great & clear ! read more

I was promised to have broshures printed and delivered on time. In reality, they were never delivered on time and I had to re-order them from another supplier. RushMyPrints offered me a refund and never paid it. And now no one answers my e-mails to get my money back. Awful customer experience! read more

Great printing service. Highly communicative, all over SMS (which is preferred!), was helpful with choosing paper stock, and delivered exactly on time. Will use again! read more

I had a rush order for 200 memorial booklets to be turned around in two days. I was so stressed trying to find a high capacity print shop that did booklets at a reasonable cost. Jesse + his team was able to get this done + turned out great! I emailed Jesse late at night, ~36 hours before I needed the booklets, inquiring if my project was doable + he responded promptly. He assured me that his team can print the booklets. His team delivered it before my requested time. Will definitely use RushMyPrints again in the future. read more

This review is for Jesse in particular. Got a deck late in the evening from my boss that I needed printed and delivered in a matter of 3 hours. Jesse was completely on top of it- responded immediately as soon as I made the inquiry, printed the deck beautifully with all of my requests (binding it, cutting it down to a particular size, etc). It was delivered without a hitch before the kids were in even bed!! Super thankful for rushmyprints and Jesse and will use them going forward with any last min requests. Thank you soooo much! read more

Super fast. Was in a big rush and they delivered even faster than they promised. Thanks!

Firstly, I'd like to say wow at how I impressed I was with the customer service provided by rushmyprints. Initially I was concerned as I didn't think it was going to work out. Our rep Jesse contacted me via text and it was smooth sailing from there. Jesse was able to address all of my concerns and reach our deadline. As we got new last minute updates from our client Jesse was able to still fulfill the order in enough time for us to have a stellar event with the needed signs. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and their services. Great service and great quality in quick time!! read more

I was pulling out my hair ( what little I have) trying to get some memorial pamphlets done by the end of day. it was down to the eleventh hour, 2 minute drill when I lucked up and called RushMyPrints. I spoke to Jesse who referred me to Cynthia their graphic design Artist. She listened and immediately understood what was needed. The finished product was excellent, and I received it as promised by the end of day, lifesavers!! They made everything smooth. Jesse and Cynthia with their great customer service. Cynthia was really nice and did an outstanding job with the design. The prints were flawless and the delivery person was also very professional and right on time. Great team effort they are now my go to team for any printing work read more

I think Jesse and his team at RushMyPrints are a reliable and fast turnaround jobs for printing flyers, posters, and brochures. Called them and they were completed with my project in two days. I order over 500 copies of posters and flyers. And they have great pricing. read more

So I needed an urgent fairly custom print job for an ongoing conference in 24 hours. I got my prints to them at 10:30AM Thursday, checked in a few times, and then called 9:30AM Friday to see what was up. Turns out that I hadn't communicated clearly my deadline and they hadn't started. I was pretty upset. However these guys went above and beyond- they turned the entire print around in 3 hours and got it to me only a couple hours over the 24 hour deadline. I was really impressed with that. read more

I was asked to return a job to the RushMyPrints office at 650 California. My client was not satisfied with their work and wanted to get a refund. I went to the location (650 California Street) and the security guard there told me that no business by that name was located in that building. He also told me that other people had come by in the past trying to locate them. I got on the phone and after a couple of exchanges they stopped responding to my calls. Sketchy behavior on two counts - avoid at all costs. read more

It was after 7:00 pm on a Friday when I realized I needed another 50 decals to complete a job. I was just about ready to start writing my resignation letter, when I found rush my prints. Google said they're open 24/7- which I've never seen for a print shop! I gave them a call, got a quote, and the order was delivered before 10:00 pm- which was 30 mins earlier than promised. I would have been grateful for anything at that point, but to my surprise the pantones were a great match. Definitely recommend! read more

These guys are terrible to work with and did not deliver my job. I should have known when they misquoted my requirements that it wasn't going to do well. They said the job would be finished within two weeks. Two weeks goes by and there's no communication about the status of the job. I emailed, texted, and called. They never got back to me in any of the channels I attempted to contact them with. When I called them I actually got a person on the line who told me they'd call me back with the status of my job. They never called back. They wasted two weeks of my time and caused me to rush to make my printing deadline with a different printer. If you have critical printing needs, skip RushMyPrints. They are not dependable. Contact me if you'd like any proof of their lack of communication. read more

Wow, talk about service. I need business cards, like yesterday. I got on Yelp and picked the first 5-star rush service I saw: RushMyPrints I spoke way too fast and rattled off what/when/where I needed-- (Whoa first Yelp review in a while, those little words of encouragement for jamming out werdz are awesome! Nice job Yelp team! So rad.) --anyway, Jesse quickly calmed me down and told me that he's got this thing on lock. I said prove it. He said watch me. I was directed to the online form to upload the files, and off we went. Within 5 minutes Jesse had reached out via email to confirm the order, even before the automated system confirmed it had received my request. Like wat. That's impressive. I haven't even picked the cards up yet. No idea if I'll even like them. Doesn't matter, I have total trust in Jesse and the crew to do the right thing. If I don't like what I get, I'm going to adjust with them and next time it will be perfect. The RushMyPrints team "gets it", and that's why I'm going to come back to them the next time my hair is on fire. Seriously folks, if you need something FAST in the Bay Area, RushMyPrints are the hustlers you want in your rolodex. All love fam. (Aside: Sup Yelp universe. Am I doing this right? Is this how you get the VIP thingy? Show me the way with your impassioned emoticon-based votes.) read more

Great service, price and turn around. They're very easy to work with and available 24/7. I ordered1000 postcards and they were ready the next day and I wasn't expecting them to be ready until the following week. Simply a great, fast, and friendly service. read more

Worst business ever and a total rip off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Our best friend Mike had died, and my partner/bf had to make 400 programs for the memorial. It was a weekend, and the only company answering emails that came up for funeral program searches was this one. He spoke with Jesse, who was sort of rude, and explained what was needed, and the time frame. Jesse said send a copy of the program for the estimate. He was CLEARLY told that only a DRAFT was available at that moment, but that we would send it to get a quote. The quote was $600, which was more than advertised places on other sites, but our timeframe was short, and it was a weekend. Jesse said he could have them ready in time. We filled out the credit card paperwork, and THEN SENT THE FINAL DRAFT clearly indicating they should use the draft attached. My bf then received a charge for $695. He inquired what the extra $95 was, and Jesse said taxes and $15 shipping. We were surprised they were shipping, and told him that tax is $57, if $15 is for shipping, why are we being charged an extra $23. Jesse's reply was "Let me know if you want to move forward or get a refund." My bf explained that because of the funeral service, we didn't have the luxury to fight over the $23, but we thought that was extremely unprofessional way to respond to a grieving client. (BTW, they did not e-mail us a proof.) They missed the shipping deadline for "promised 2 day AM delivery", (the programs only arrived the night before the memorial, which was very stressful). We opened the box, looked inside, and my bf sent a polite e-mail stating that they look nice, thanks. Jesse asked us to leave a Yelp review. A couple hours later, we pulled out a copy, and realized that THEY PRINTED THE DRAFT COPY that was sent for an estimate, with typos and incorrect death date, etc., NOT THE FINAL DRAFT WHICH WAS EMAILED DIRECTLY TO JESSE PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE JOB. My bf sent two e-mails about the situation immediately, and received NO REPLY. On our way to our friend's funeral, we didn't have the energy to deal with this, so my bf contacted the credit card company to file a dispute but RUSH MY PRINTS does not have the professionalism or decency to admit their screw up, and now we are on the hook for $695 for a completely BOTCHED print job. Not only is this company unprofessional, they have no heart, and didn't have the decency to even apologize. What a horrible way to run a business. read more

RushMyPrints really got me out of a bind with work when another printer had issues that delayed items we needed. They were quick and efficient and very responsive. I'm very grateful to have stumbled upon them through Yelp and I would definitely recommend them. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service! I would never use this service again. Items were printed incorrectly, moved pages around on their own without contacting us, and after having an in-person discussion on the print job, they still did not print correctly. When contacted after the horrible print job, the company started to ignore the phone calls and emails. They would not take responsibility for their poor print job, even with having connection with the designer to discuss any issues. The delivery people have a bad attitude and was forced to meet them multiple times in the middle of the street to carry boxes to the office without any assistance in carrying the heavy print jobs. read more

This printing RUSH MY PRINTS deserve to receive ZERO stars. The customer service is unprofessional, the representative was unwilling to provide technical support with formatting for loves one's funeral program. A service that customers receive at other printing companies such as, Staples or Costco. Furthermore, it has been over 14 days and I have YET, received my refund. Several correspondences was sent and the merchant portrayed that my refund was in process which only takes 3-5 business days. After reaching back out to this merchant on the 10 business inquiring about the status, the merchant stopped responding. Therefore, I had to file a claim with my back for the amount of $713.38.
