RUDE, DISHONEST AND TITAL RIPOFF!!! Never, ever, ever use these guys. The worst experience ever. My best friend Mike and surrogate father had died, and I had to quickly make 400 programs for the memorial. It was a weekend, and the only company answering my emails that came up for funeral program Google searches was this one.
I spoke with Jesse, who was sort of rude. I explained what I needed, and the time frame. I told him it was for a memorial. He said send a copy for the estimate. I told him that I only have a draft, but I will send to get a quote. The quote was $600, which was more than advertised prices on other sites, but my timeframe was short, and it was a weekend. He said he could have them ready in time.
I filled out the credit card paperwork, and sent the final draft, indicating they should use the draft attached. I then received a charge for $695. I inquired what the extra $95 was, and he said taxes and $15 shipping. I was surprised they were shipping, because the website says they have Los Angeles location, and I told him that tax is $57, if $15 is for shipping, why am I being charged an extra $23. His reply was "Let me know if you want to move forward or get a refund." I explained that because of the funeral service, I don't have the luxury to fight over the $23, but I thought that was extremely unprofessional way to respond to a grieving client. (BTW, they did not e-mail me a proof, which you will see caused major problem.)
They missed the shipping deadline for promised 2 day AM delivery, so the programs arrived the night before the memorial, which was very stressful. I opened the box, looked inside, and sent a polite e-mail stating that they look nice, thanks. He asked me to leave a Yelp review. A couple hours later, I pulled out a copy, and realized he printed the draft copy that I sent for an estimate, with typos and incorrect death date, etc. I sent two e-mails about the situation immediately, and received no reply. I didn't have the energy to deal with this, as I was trying to get through the funeral, so I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute, and the company does not have the professionalism or decency to admit their screw up, and I am on the hook for $695.
To prove their dishonesty, they only gave my credit card company the initial e-mail saying "they look nice," and not the following two emails, stating that they printed the wrong thing, and my forward of the final draft that says "Here's the final revisions/and corrections to use, please."
Avoid this business at all costs. Not only are they unprofessional, they have no heart, and didn't have decency to even apologize or own up to their mistakes. read more
