Great brewery with some amazingly delicious and refreshing beers. Visited Rushing Duck after a 35 mile bike ride in the Heritage bike trail, which is directly across the street. Nice indoor area and a large covered and uncovered seating area outside.

My favorite local place!! Grat drinks, great atmosphere, lots of space! And sometimes food!

First off a great place. Food is handled by a food truck which is great or by a Thai food place which also has great food. 20 different brews on tap and there is also wine. Cans to go. They usually have music but look it up online to check. It's well worth it. Also there is a rail trail adjacent so if you don't want to drive... Take a bike!

My flight of darker brews. Lots of coffee realness.

I have a couple of rules when traveling to places/activities. Rule 1 is that you should be able to spend at least as much time there as it takes to drive to/from. Rule 2 is that there are exceptions to Rule 1. Rushing Duck fits Rule 2 (we'll just ignore the fact that I would have stayed here much longer had I been driving). The GPS didn't cooperate 100% getting here, and we couldn't make up our minds whether we wanted to spend time at the smaller tasting room (only 10 beers on tap, but flights, and open earlier), or the larger one (no flights, but more seating, 20 beers on tap, and short pours), so we wound up spending time at both. But for me, that was partly because there were no stouts on tap in the smaller area. I enjoyed both spaces! It can sometimes be difficult to strike the right balance between focus on the beer and focus on the ambiance. I prefer a little more focus on the beer, and Rushing Duck was just about perfect there, though I think having such a wide variety of beers on tap helped. They had the usual "heavy" focus on IPAs, but they had enough dark ales, stouts, and porters to fill a flight as well. It's very casual here, the staff are accommodating and just fun to chat with. You'd have to be daffy to not come here. No, wait, I think Daffy would love it here. Maybe Donald too. Set up some pianos, let them fight it out while we sip and enjoy.

Awesome staff, great customers & pretty cool kegs (with a little help from my husband)!

Our party of three took a break from wineries and la dolce vita with a brewery because life is too short without intake Hudson Valley's access to breweries, food, pubs, restaurants, and scenic view resources. Rushing Duck Brewery is a very relaxed casual atmosphere. There are many craft beers options available and yes, facilities are available on site. I believe their beer and cider on is tap. It is a good visit as part of one's brewery crawl for the day. Despite that I am not a beer girl, I do enjoy ciders and cocktails which breweries offer with food accompanied. For the avid beer enthusiast, Rushing Duck is worth a visit as one can obtain abundant badges and check-ins using Untappd mobile application. A cold craft beer on a stifling hot humid day is a nice cool down and best enjoyed with friends. Seating is abundant. Old Grumpy Panda cider (4 oz.) Semi-sweet and served cold and very enjoyable.

So often people use their keyboards to spew negativity and trash talk... Not tonight - this compliment is long over due... If you like really good beer, lots of choices too - the go to Rushing Duck. But when you go - make sure you see Loretta. She is the happiest, hardest working associate each and every time we go. Thank you Loretta for making our experiences so good - it somehow even makes the good beer taste even better!

One of my local got-to spots to grab some delicious craft beer. There are two bar areas each in different buildings. Duck Out is the old spot, what I would call a "braft beer dive bar". Awesome environment and great when you want to get away from the big crowd. Here is where they do the growler fills and where you can buy crowlers, bottles and cans (when available). Duck In the the brand new spot across the way from Duck Out. Much more "upscale" than Duck In. It's a larger area with more seating and far better for larger groups. Outdoor seating is also available in the warmer months. Duck In also has more taps and features some beers you won't see at Duck Out. Right outside, Bistro on the Go (a food truck) serves great pub style grub. They'll usually take you're order inside and bring you you're food order. Overall one of my favorite craft beer joints in the Hudson Valley. If you're in the mood for some craft beer, it's a must go when in the area.

Good beer selection that doesn't just cater to the IPA crowd. When the Thai restaurant is on site their food is great.

I love that they grow most of their own hops and other ingredients, and the outdoor space is really nice, with lights strung up above you. The beer is good and consistent. I enjoyed the IPA they had on tap and M enjoyed the rye and the red ale. You order inside their tasting room, where there are a few small tables for indoor seating. They also had tables set up in front of the tasting room that were covered, then they have a large outside area with picnic tables and other seating arrangements. When we went the second time we couldn't light any of the firepits due to a burn warning in effect. The first time we went, it was later in the day and the food truck had run out of food. The second time we went, we had better luck and ordered from a Thai food truck. Food was great and they accepted Venmo, which is always a plus. Check their FB page so you know what kind of food truck they'll have. Overall, we would return when passing through the area. It's a good find!

There was a birthday celebration going on inside that seemed to take up every table except for the bar. Wasn't sure if they rented out the place as we were still able to come in and get drinks. DUBCO is a brewery based on Long Island and this second location, on sprawling wooded grounds, is absolutely awesome! The beer selection is varied and good, both on tap and by the can. While they offer a couple of local wines and spirits/cocktails, the focus is on beer. Food-wise, there was pizza and some snacks in-house, but they also bring in different food trucks and outside food vendors. The Octoberfest catering was provided by Trattoria Italiana GWL on the day we went, and the grilled chicken and sausage & onion sandwiches we had were both delicious. The place is spacious both inside and out. There are ample outdoor seating and picnic tables, or you could lay out a picnic blanket on the grass. Family friendly too - the ladies room is large and has a changing table which I appreciated. Picturesque, chill and relaxing, with great beer and food, and things to do in the area. What more can you ask for! 5 stars all the way.
