I'm so glad we found Tour with Donovan after searching for tours of the wineries in the Hudson…read moreValley. Donovan is awesome. Very professional, listened to what we wanted, then took us to three wineries that were fantastic. Each winery had its own unique character and the wines were spot on, as well the spirits in the last one we went to. Donovan's van was very clean, well air conditioned, and had all the amenities needed to go from one winery to the next. He's very knowledgeable of the area, well prepared, and an all around fun and great guy. He picked us up at our hotel at Marriott Courtyard Poughkeepsie and after the tour dropped us off at the Beacon Train station it really worked out very well. We'll be gathering a group of friends and hopefully do another tour in the fall or before Christmas. For sure we will pick Tour with Donovan again! Thanks Donovan!

Donovan…read moreworked with me on planning the entire itinerary and made sure we were visiting wineries I'd never been to before that would fit the type of vibe I was looking for, since I was the birthday girl. Donovan set up each reservation so I had to do nothing but, book my trip with him and when he arrived he even had champagne and bottled water for us! At each stop Donovan made sure that we were treated like royalty. He didn't just drop us off, he got out with us and set us all up comfortably at each winery even going out of his way to get ice for our wine and helping us choose the best reviewed wines at each stop. Then Donovan even took pictures of our group at each stop and then sent them all to me to make sure I had memories of our trip. Donovan's vehicle was clean and well taken care of. All 9 of us fit comfortably with room for a few more. He was so hospitable and so much fun to hang out with on our drive to each stop. He played the music we liked and kept us laughing the entire time. I can't say enough about Donovan. I would definitely recommend him 100%.

Being a Southern California native my only knowledge about the Hudson valley was a whisky brand of…read morethe same name. It's a big place and being so spread out I didn't know what to do first or better yet if I drove to far in one direction would I miss something even cooler on the other side of the Vally. Que in the Hud-Val Concierge. After only a few days, I experienced so much; dining and drinking where soon to be colonial leaders and legends once did, siping hard ciders by a camp fire in the orchard where the cider was pressed, even a very formal Michelin star meal in a town renowned for its dirty Hippies (Woodstock) where we also learned the concert DIDN'T take place. The time I spent in the Hudson Vally and curated by Dana left me wanting to buy cabin and set up shop. I feel like there's more to explore but my very short trip was filled with places and things that would have never occurred to me alone. I really can't wait to get back and now wish all the places I travel had someone like Dana to show all the treasures they have.

Not wanting to gather in the city or be around a lot of people, we shuffled off to the Hudson Valley and it was SUCH a welcome treat :) Hud-Val Concierge turned all of our desires into reality by planning an itinerary that was perfectly tailored to our vacation likes/dislikes. We safely (concierge was AMAZING with COVID protocol and protection) explored New Paltz, Kingston, Woodstock, and Rhinebeck during the winter and CAN NOT WAIT to come back during warmer months. Our main interests of NYC caliber food, hiking, antique shopping, and distillery/brewery tours were met with such precision and thoughtfulness. We loved ALL the restaurant recs (from low key breakfast burrito spots to Manhattan-chef'd fine dining), the outdoor bar atmospheres, the historic town and classic home strolls, and the wilderness exploration. Will one hundred percent use this service again!

Anthony wouldn't turn it on until we all signed our waivers and "his door was closed." What the two had to do with one another is beyond me. This was the first clue this trip was going to be a nightmare. Common courtesy would have been to make sure the van was cooled down each time we had to get in, but instead we crammed in and sweat from stop to stop. He was completely unprofessional, was on his phone the entire time at the breweries, and offered no knowledge or insight into the breweries we were visiting. As a self-proclaimed "beer guy," I didn't understand his lack of interaction with our group. Instead, he made a scene at our last stop which was a complete embarrassment. Even the guys working at the breweries apologized and knew we weren't the ones with the issue. When I tried respectfully speaking to him about what was going on, he threatened to leave us at the brewery and find our own way home. Our other option was to immediately leave and cut our tour short, which we were forced to do. He had something against our group, as stated, from the first few minutes of the tour. It's a real shame that my best friend put so much effort into making her husband's birthday special and we were all treated so poorly. Luckily, the breweries themselves were wonderful, accommodating, and seemed to truly enjoy our group, unlike our driver who was disrespectful and made us all uncomfortable, and is incredibly overpriced. Considering it was 70 dollars for a ride and a four ounce pour at each of three breweries per person is outrageous, especially when considering NJ state law, breweries are required to give you a tour for free! In fact, most places require a tour. The way this is advertised makes it seem like you're getting something extra for going on NJ Brew Tours. Save your money. Visit the breweries on your own.

My wife set up the trip, he was rude throughout the booking process and the tour. At one point he was refusing to drive us home, because we were having too much fun according to him. No one in our group was embarrassing or drunk, not saying we were not buzzed. The whole experience was uncomfortable, not to mention the ride home.

THIS!!!! What a terrific experience this was…read more This is the smartest & inexpensive way to get a day out with your friends, while someone else drives you around, it's a win win. Our driver was Clyde, quite man who must be half out of his mind as he has to concentrate on driving while the entire bus is dancing, singing,&having a great time. Felicia is on board to try to get the party started, she was such a fun, nice woman, definitely perfect for her job. I attended with 3 others friends to celebrate my birthday & this made the start of our night in PA a blast. W of the 3 wineries I enjoyed, and at the distillery the owner of the day tripper bought all of us bday ppl a drink! So nice! Affordable! Fun! Trust me there's no better deal than this.

However their white trolley was in the shop. I asked 4 times where the trolley was before they finally told me. No mention of this even though Peter called the day before to get me to pay more for him to pick us up. I can't stand pushy men, he also followed us into our rental, when my friend insisted on carrying the pizza. If you are a woman planning a bachelorette, maybe think twice. Update: I also filed a complaint with the attorney generals office. This kind of false advertisement needs to be stopped, a communication about the trolley is the only thing I expected. This is worded no where that a shuttle will be used in place of a trolley.
