If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We purchased a two hour unlimited pass thinking it would be more than enough time to play on everything. We spent the first 40 minutes in line for the go karts - not because the line was long, but because it is so highly disorganized and only one person was working the ride. When it was finally our turn, we completed one lap and were directed back into the pit area. Apparently it was time for a shift change, which cut our turn short. We headed over to the foam pit, where we found an employee too busy on her cell phone to help the children pull the trapeze bar back, parents were taking turns doing it instead. We found no attendant at Laser Tag, and had to track someone down to start the game. Fun fact: when you're shot in this version of Laser Tag, your turn in the game is over. The worst part of this experience was the arcade. We had a pass for a $10 arcade credit. It wasn't until we went to redeem my son's tickets that we found out his tickets were ineligible for redemption unless we matched the $10 credit. The "kiddie carts" go kart area was closed, the bumper cars in such a small area that there is no room to move them, and the inflatable bounce area was mostly unusable because they weren't plugged in. A manager approached us upon leaving asking us how our experience was. When we brought these items up to her, she just shrugged her shoulders and said she'd pass along the feedback to the owners. Save your money and time on this place, it's a complete waste of both. read more

Our first time visiting. We usually go to Fat Cats in Ogden but Rush is closer to our house. Dirty and seems so old and worn for how new it is. We couldn't find any bowling balls in the weight we wanted (7 people!) We had two lanes and both of them kept marking scores as strikes and spares when they weren't. Our balls also kept getting stuck. We told the kids working and they said they'd look into after they fixed another lane. (They never came). We ordered food. They told us it would be 5 minutes and it was over 45 minutes. TERRIBLE experience for how much we paid. read more

New Years Eve BUST! My husband and I took our 4 kids to Rush for New Years Eve. Understandably it would have been busy, but this was unmanageable chaos. We got there at 9P when the 4hr special started. RIDICULOUSLY long lines. We stood in the go cart line for 55 min only to realize that it would take another hour until we got to the front (for a 3min ride). We tried Mini Golf and they were out of clubs. We attempted Laser Tag but the people in line said they hadn't moved more than 5 feet in 30 minutes. We paid $85 to bowl ONE game. This was a disaster. Plan ahead Rush! The previous owners of the fun plex PRE-SOLD limited wristbands to avoid this kind of disappointment. I suggest you re-think next years plans, we were not the only unhappy customers who won't return. read more

Staff is rude they act like you are bothering them. They refuse to help kids unless an adult is with them. Over heard the food and drink tell a kid "when I feel like it" you definitely would expect better service that's for sure. The staff points and laughs at the people and one even took a picture of someone bending over. read more

I just moved to Utah last March and I went her for a couples date. It's so fun, we all went for 3 hours and there was Go Carts, Bowling, food, miniature golf, and a fun arcade! I would go again! It's so cool and so fun! read more

Disappointed. We came to the Rush Funplex because Boondocks in Kaysville was so crowded. We should have waited because Rush Funplex is not comparable. Their "unlimited" pass lets you enjoy about 1/4 of the activities that you get with a boondocks unlimited pass. Most of the arcade machines are broken and run down. Don't waste your time, unless you're looking to go swimming Boondocks is better in every way for just a little more money. read more

While the pricing seems cheap and ypu appear to get value for the arcade tokens ($40 gets you $50 worth of tokens). The wait linescan be long, the play areas (go carts, bumper cars, etc...) are small spaced areas and not a lot to do) The tokens which came out to be $50 worth didn't go a long way. We spent 3 hours there and enjoyed ourselves but it's not that great of value and about 1/3 of the games are busted and not always workers around for each activity and we had to go to the front desk a few times for them to call someone down. read more

I'm not a local and called for something to do. I'm here a lot spending time at the huntsman due to being terminally ill. Management called me back right away and are accommodating our family of 7. This place is pretty fun. Bowling there is great, the atmosphere is good. There are many things to do here such as: bowling, laser tag, arcade, go carting, foam pit, rock wall climbing, roller skating, jumpers, and more. I really like the fact that they have a "kid area" which is basically attractions that are scaled down for kids. One of my favorite things to do here is by far go-carting. It is in a dark room with black lights everywhere and neon paintings on the wall. Definitely is unique and really cool. While go-carting, it is nice that they let you "race" for quite some time. Laser tag is also really fun. Basically it looks like the go-carting area but with walls everywhere because of course it's laser tag. The arcade is decent. They have a lot of variety there. And yes they have bathrooms and a food court. If anyone wants to plan a party here. They have a cool looking party room too. In all RUSH is a good spot if your trying to have an amazing time with family or friends. There is something for everyone and I can definitely see people staying here all day long! read more

It's a family tradition of ours to go bowling the day before thanksgiving. Since we always know the date we're a big group, we planed ahead. We made a reservation back in October for 4 lanes together and even showed up this morning 10 hours before our time to prepay and ensure things would be ready. They gladly took our money and told us everything would be ready. We come back at our scheduled time and head down to the galactic bowling and were told that they didn't have any lanes. They were full and sent us back to the main desk. They also proceeded to tell us the regular bowling was full as well. They did have lanes but they wanted to split us up. Our group has 15 kids under the age of 10. Splitting up really wasn't an option. I will admit I got a little heated. I was frustrated that even with a reservation over a month in advance, showing up the morning of to pay and confirm, they didn't even plan for us. I was trying to work it out with the young blonde at the front desk. She was very rude and condescending. She pretty much told us we were out of luck and it was our problem not hers. She tried pushing us aside to help someone else. Luckily for her a manager came by and overheard the conversation. She jumped in and did what she could to make things better. Unfortunately it was too little too late. We had to wait 45 minutes and didn't even get galactic bowling. If you're panning a big group don't waste your time. Go somewhere else. We've had no issues with other bowling venues in the area. We thought it would be fun to give them a try. The only reason I gave them two stars is because they hired a special needs girl to help out behind the counter. She did an amazing job helping the kids get shoes and sanitizing them after we were done. read more

Went here for my nieces birthday and was disappointed in there service, none of the crew members knew what they were doing, the manager was very pleasant, and the go kart staff was awesome. However the rest of the staff was horrible whenever we needed something our host was nowhere to be found. Need extra cups and silverware for the kids but no one would help. They were rude towards the end. read more

I've taken my family here a few times to swim and they have a great time. The only thing I think is ridiculous is the "no life-jackets on the water slide" rule. Stupid!! The reason for the low stars is the bowling experience. We went there on a busy Saturday night and they only had one person behind the shoes counter. We only waited for about five minutes to get shoes, but every time the bowling lane needed to be reset, (which was about 8 times) we had to wait for 5-10 minutes and then it took someone another 10 minutes to get there. I had three kids and my wife with me and we only bowled 8 frames before the kids were so bored we had to leave. Video games and activities are fun, but expensive. Do yourself a favor, if you want to bowl, go somewhere else. read more

Super fun place, everyone was really nice and the activities were endless I had a GR8 time. The rush offered everything I could've ever wanted to do in my whole life. I will die happy knowing that I have fulfilled my purpose in the world and achieved happiness through my visit at the rush. I will return, my therapist says this is the best she's seen me in years and prescribed I visit the rush at least twice a week to battle my clinical depression. Thank you, Rush. Crowded and over priced. Only one of the batting cages was working, the go karts kept breaking and the lines were long. Very disappointed.

Kids loved it as did the adults! Smelt good in their too, not like a bunch of stinky, sweaty kids!

The teenage staff is not attentive. My husband and son were injured after being hit several times in the go karts. The staff didn't stop the attraction and continued to allow the offending drivers back on. I reported my concern and the manager didn't seem to care. Safety is not a top priority there. read more

We took our family here this morning and spent 6 1/2 hours. My children are ages 12, 8, and 2. It can be hard to find a place to entertain that age span but we could have spent longer. Lines were never long and the food was pretty good as well. I wish we lived closer and could go more often. I loved the variety of activities. Roller skating, bounce houses, bowling, mini golf, laser tag, a foam pit, rock climbing, go-carts and bumper cars. Kids and adults all had a great time. read more

We love swimming here. The lazy river moves pretty quick, and it's so fun! The water isn't too cold, which can be a problem at other area pools. The only worrisome issue is that I have yet to see enough life guards, and the ones I do see are not very assertive. I would never, never drop my kids off and expect them to be safe. There is no way two life guards can successfully watch the entire pool area, including the slides, lazy river, kids play area, and lap pool. Go as a family, but don't send your kids to the pool here, alone. read more

Okay so the bowling at this place was good, we had a fun time but I wasn't happy with the pricing. On the website, and on the board at The Rush Fun Plex it says this: "Per game Before 5 pm: $3.00 After 5 pm: $3.50" It says $3.50 per game after 5. When me and my girlfriend went at 7 pm, we payed for 2 games and 2 shoe rentals. The cost was $20.77. Wait what?? Now that doesn't add up to me...because $3.50 + $3.50 + $2.75 + 2.75 = $12.50 (This is before tax). Now if we think per GAME per PERSON...it's $19.50. That isn't what their website and board say, it says $3.50 per game. That is false advertising. If you want to pay more than you think to bowl at this place and get ripped off, go ahead, be my guest. Until they fix the pricing, I don't want to bowl here. read more

Bowled a Storm NW Tour event here. I'm impressed with the size and games available. I did the Mini putt putt course, and it was actually descent and not run down. The bowling areas are kept up and equipment issues fixed quickly. Only issues I had was the morning sun beating down on the end lanes. :) read more

If I could give this place a zero rating I would, all because horrible management, poor service, lack of respect, and disorganized. I've taken my kids to Rush a few times and we all refuse to go back. The lines are so long or you spent 45 min in a line because there is no staff to run the rides. They are rude, and have no customer service skills. They have one person running the go carts so people don't follow the rules and the ride is stopped more then running. The staff chooses to talk and sit on phones rather then help with safety. Small kids have to do there own seat belts and hope it's correct because the staff doesn't care. They watch people butt in on lines and do nothing when you have already spent so much time waiting. I've had a few major safety concerns and addressed the manager on two separate occasions and she was rude, disrespectful, and didn't care in any way. She said she doesn't care to my face and that customers are just sketchy so she doesn't fee the need to listen. She's very young and untrained, as well as all the high school employees. This could be a great place if they had better staff and more of it. Get rid of your managers, they are losing your business. read more

This is our family's favorite swim spot. Perfect for all ages but highly geared for little ones. The water is always perfect temperature plus we love the indoor/outdoor option in the summer. Our kids beg to come here and the price is right so we come often. read more

We will never return. We ordered three garlic cheese "pizzas". We got one and the other two never came. We played two games of bowling and still had not received the other two orders. I went to the cashier to ask for my money back on the two orders (totally about $18.00). They had the manager come over whom told us they don't refund money for food. They told us that they don't bring out the food (they brought out our first order and multiple others food) and that we basically should have been standing there waiting for it to come out (reminder, this was over an hour - we played two games!) we also walked up and asked asked when it would be ready 5+ times. We spoke to another "manager" who told us they don't have the ability to do refunds (um, what?) and that he could take our name and number And determine in a committee meeting who was eligible for a refund. I asked who the committee consisted of and he stated the owners. I asked for their contact information and I'd contact them myself. He game me their name and phone number and then looks at me and said, oh and I don't want to be deceitful, I actually am the owner- that's my contact information. He then goes on to tell us he doesn't care that we are unhappy with the service we received because they have 2,000 happy customers today. This was all over less than $20.00. The owner, Ed, obviously does not know how to run a business. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I wouldn't suggest buying an unlimited two hour pass on a Saturday. I paid $17 per head for 10 kids, (and only got to do half of a game of bowling, and one go cart ride before our two hours were up. I paid double what I would have, if I would've just paid separate for each kid to play a bowling game and ride the go carts. I won't make that mistake again. read more

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS. I bought gift cards during there Black Friday sale. Most of them I gave out for X-MAS gifts some I saved for B-DAY and the rest I gave to my mother who is the activity director at a nursing home so she could take her residents bowling. I thought it was a good deal but I was wrong. I recently found out that the gift cards did not work, there was no funds on them. My mother got the manager to accept one, he told her that a lot of them did not get credited at that time. As far as the gift cards I gave as gifts for X-MAS and B-DAYS well let's just say my brother has not spoken with me since. I can't really blame him though. His family does not have the means to do activities like RUSH. Imagine going to RUSH, getting all your kids excited, planing for a day of fun only to find out that there is no funds on any gift cards. Then imagine how it feels when you tell your kids that we now have to go home and how your kids feel. I would not talk to me either. I cannot grasp how manny kids RUSH has crushed especially during the holidays. They either have some EPIC GRINCH CARMA or their idea of a TWISTED JOKE. I hope the owners sleep good knowing they crush children and break up family. Next time anyone goes there I hope they think about what it would be like if this happened to there family. read more

This place is great if you are looking for a real budget deal. But why would you? For just a little bit more you could go somewhere else and have equipment that works. I went bowling here for the 1st time here. I was quite disappointed. Our lane had all sorts of problems. They switched lanes for us, and it still had problems. Took my boys swimming and bowling here, and it was great. We've been twice and both times were great fun. My oldest son, being special needs, had a meltdown over the bowling, and they made us all happy again with complimentary passes to the Battle Star blast room (name?) where we shot foam balls around the room. The black lit space-kart racing was very fun, and goes for a long time, so you actually feel like it was enough, and not too short. This place is huge, with plenty to do for everyone. (Batting cages, mini-golf, arcade, Laser tag, and more...I can't remember it all.) They plenty of bowling lanes in the two separate areas; we did normal bowling, but there was 'glow bowling' in the other area, with huge movie screens playing too. The food is very good. As a homeschool mom who frequently takes my kids on non peak days to give business to places like this I find it beyond stupid when I show up on spring break to be told they don't honor their weekday deals during spring break. I only came that day with my family of five, because of the price and my daughter wanted to go for her birthday but when the lady with attitude that was working made me seem simple for not wanting to pay regular price only to push something that would cost me $28 more a person. Any simple minded fool with a basic business degree from a state school knows a.) Do not change your deals, it is stated that you do not honor them during holidays but hard to see that as the mobile site is junk and hard to read, b.) at peak times are the best time to give a deal because you will sell more, and c.) and anything that may piss your regular customer off is a bad idea! I will also never suggest we go to Rush again for a child's fun birthday trip,or party, or a youth group trip. You just lost a customer due to your bad choice I'm not honoring deals and your employees attitude. read more

For Christmas I bought a gift card for the swimming pool for my grandchildren. I specifically said for the pool. The staff didn't mention they were closing the pool a week after Christmas - two weeks from the date I bought the gift card. I won't spend another penny there. read more

Saddest example of customer service of any place I have been. Would not compensate bowling cost because there scoring system kept restarting during our games. I will never return because when asked about it they acted as if we broke their computer system and offered no compensation. Should be NO STARS. They don't deserve business from hard working people who take their children there for birthday parties. read more

We had a staff workshop/retreat at Rush yesterday and everyone had a great time! They provided conference rooms for workshops, we had lunch catered, and then we had time to explore the venue. There was a wide range of activities so and something for everyone to enjoy! Thank you Rush staff for making our retreat a success! We hope to come back! read more

The new Rush Plex upgrades are awesome. 4 star because the restroom was gross. If there were a 30 minutes check and clean up, it wouldn't be so disgusting. Must be plumbing issues too because it was like that before the upgrade. My 3yrs old jumped in all the jump houses, foam pit, and bumper car. The kiddie kart was still charging and we were there for 4 hours, and still no go. My 5yr old did everything except laser and trapeze. The 11yr old did everything. For safety, I like the screen wall for the trampoline side. There should be one screen wall for the trapeze or a staff standing there to clear the way. Little ones are crawling without looking up. Or parents should be telling their kids not to enter that zone, but they're too busy chatting or on the gadget. Stupid customers leaving skates on the floor instead of returning them. That's just plain lazy and dumb, not Rush fault. I don't see that at Fun Classic Center. Charge them deposit fee for returning the shoes, and people would have the common sense to return them. read more
