they've made a lot of changes to their policies. some for safety it seems which is understandable but others make no sense at all. parents without wristbands aren't able to go into the foam pit area or roller skating area. not actually in the foam pit, we have to stay out of that whole room. we get to stand behind a gate next to the bathroom. as a parent with a smaller child this rule makes no sense as I can't see her at all times, can't help her with anything and she can barely hear me when I'm calling for her. probably not coming back any time soon. read more

The batting cages are TERRIBLE! Buy 15 minutes and you get a few balls and it jams. Then you go ask for help and they act like it's the first time they've had problems with it. This happened last year when a brought my entire little league team here and tonight with only my son. I was finally prompted to write this when I saw a helpless little girl waiting off-and-on for about 20 minutes for a single softball to be thrown by the machines. She just pushed the button, stood in the box for a few minutes, walked around, came back and stood, etc. After she gave up, I sent my son in to try. Normally we have enjoyed the funplex but this time is completely different. Add a few extra guest and this place can't keep up. They DO NOT have enough employees to help with rides or handing out skates. Traveled 45 minutes to play, decided to purchase a 2 hour pass which was suffecient before and my kids have wasted the majority in line to have no operator. Been here for almost an hour already and they have only been able to go on the go karts. Talked to the front desk and the lady gave me a lot of attitude. I was just inquiring if they had another associate to help with rides. She flat out lied to me as well. Saying they couldn't have both rides operating at the same time. I wasn't asking for much just trying to get what I paid for. This experience has me VERY hesitant to come back again. She also wasn't wearing a mask since it hasn't been mandated for this area. read more

This was such a fun place for kids & adults! We took our kids for our daughter's birthday & it wasn't very crowded which was a plus for us. We only spent 2 hours there & we should have bought a longer time frame for the unlimited. The go carts & laser tag were our favorites but it was all super fun for the whole family. They also had sanitizer all around which was nice. We were just visiting the area & happened to find this gem. Sure wish we had something this fun near our hometown. I brought my family of 4 here to celebrate the 1 year Anniversary of my 3 year old's adoption and ALL of us (even dad) had an AMAZING TIME! We started off with a 16 in pizza and appetizer platter...let me tell you, this pizza was SO GOOD! Fresh, perfectly balanced sweet/savory dough, ooey, gooey cheese, perfectly cooked ham and mushrooms....oh man, DELICIOUS. After devouring our delicious meal, we purchased the unlimited 2 hour activity pass ($17/person, SO WORTH IT), we were so grateful for the MILITARY DISCOUNT on the delicious food AND the entertainment packages. First, we were able to play super fun and creative glow in the dark mini golf together and we even got to choose our own unique gold ball to play with! Second, my 3 year old drove her first (mini) go cart BY HERSELF in which the staff was ultra patient and helpful, and my 3 year old thought she was a grown up haha. Third, my 3 year old and 17 year old had tons of fun flipping around in the MASSIVE, bouncy foam pitt, complete with 2 trapeze bars, a HUGE rope, rope ladder, and trampolines for added air necessary for flipping. Fourth, we laced up our skates (included in $17 unlimited activity pass, 2 hours) and hit the massive roller rink for my daughter's FIRST EVER roller skating experience! It was so cool because we had plenty of space to guide her through her wobbly falls and eventually worked up to "skating" a complete lap! Soon though, my 3 year old had enough of skating and went back to the foam pit which is in my direct view from the rink while my 17 year old and I skated for a while. Lastly, we ventured up 2 small flights of stairs and discovered an AWESOMELY HUGE go cart race track big enough for ALL AGES AND INCLUDED 2 SEATERS! It is complete with black lights, glow in the dark murals, cool lighting, and fun music. This was so awesome because our entire family, including my 3 year old and 6'3 husband were able to participate in this activity TOGETHER. We WILL RETURN OFTEN, this is our NEW family hangout. The go carts and laser tag was good. Bowling has issues resetting pins, and there's nobody to help fix it. The mini golf course is falling apart and the end hole is difficult to see in the dark, and there's not enough large sized clubs so I had to use a tiny one. read more

Had a coupon in the mailer for 3 hour unlimited passes so we brought all of the family in! My 2 year old had so much fun on the bounce houses and I loved the option for her to join the fun on the spin zone ride! She enjoyed putting the ball in mini golf but that's all she could do for this visit! As far as the older kids and adults we LOVED the spin zone ride and of course go carts! Rush Funplex is AWESOME! I loved Rush WAYYY more then any other places like this. They are the same price but Rush is way better plus 100% indoors. Rush has glow in the dark go karts! Who even has that?! So cool. There is a downstairs, upstairs, and ground level and also a aquatic center. They have 2 bowling alleys and a kids bounce house that are huge. They also have a nerf battle game, mini golf (glow in dark) and laser tag as well as an arcade. Onto what's what, first off the go-karts. Man they are inside upstairs and cool. They are electric but still go fast and the track is black lights with glow in the dark paint. They are so fun really! Next is the arcade. Well not much to say here besides an arcade comparable to other places. Aquatic center is pretty cool too. They have 3 slides and a lazy river as well as a lap pool and a regular pool and a splash pad. It is really big and indoors so it is heated which is nice. Next is downstairs bowling alley. Glow in the dark, big screens, pretty nice and several bounce houses that are super big. There is also a DAIRY QUEEN/ Orange Julius inside! What?!? Yes!!! Then comes the nerf blaster game. That is fun there are targets set up on each side of a room with 4 guns on each side? Each side then has like 30 seconds taking turns to blast nerf balls at the targets. Way fun. Onto the laser tag! Theres has a lot more hiding spots then Boondocks however Rush is only one level but does have a little platform that looks over the whole floor. Pretty fun laser tag arena. Another bowling alley is on the main floor, just a plain bowling alley not glow in the dark. They have a little cafe there too. Oh and they sell beer! I did not go to the mini golf so can not comment on that but everything else is way better then any place around. Food and drinks are regular priced not extra expensive like other amusement parks/fun centers. All in all this is definitely a fun place and way worth the money! Love love love it! Spent $300 in about 2.5 hours. The foam pit is falling apart. They have a aluminum large hook to gain access to the swings. Very dangerous and nobody was working at this area. This could have poked out an eye, stabbed someone, or more! You can see the dirt in the foam squares. The carpet needed to be vacuumed against all of edges. It was not air conditioned so it was miserably hot! There was only one kiddie cart and only one employee to run 3 areas. The go kart area upstairs was even hotter than the foam pit area. I WISHED WE WOULD HAVE GONE TO BOONDOCKS INSTEAD!! We were trying to decide and chose Rush Funplex. Big regrets on the money spent here! read more

I had the worst experience at rush the other night. me and 10 other friends wanted to go to rush for my friend's birthday, so we all went and bought 3 hour passes. we all wanted to go to the go carts first so we went to get in line to have some fun. a lady there rudely bumped into us, and then accused me because she thought i called her fat. her and her family and husband were harassing, swearing, and threatening us the entire rest of the line. we did nothing to make them that mad and it was unfair that they were being so rude. it got to the point where the husband sat at one of the tables and obviously filmed us with the flash on, glaring at us the entire time. he then saw we were looking at him (like what would you do) and proceeded to come over and yell at us and threaten to whoop our f***ing a**. we immediately walked up to the nearest worker and asked for the manager to come help us. the manager came and had me show him who was causing the problems, and basically all he did was tell them to stop, then leave. you think that's gonna make them stop? we ended up just leaving, not using our 3 hour pass. on the way out the door we were applauded by the family in line and they said some pretty rude things on the way out. thanks for the help manager... i won't be coming back any time soon. in total they probably made 300 dollars that we didn't even use. we basically threw that money away. read more

My 5 year old was exposed to porn hub on the front computers. The ride operator that was in charge of go karts kept letting people get off the ride and back in line and go again as people were standing in line for over an hour. The bowling lanes were glitching and we only got through turn 6 out of our game. Finally decided to give up on our 3 hour passes as all the attractions were down and play the arcade well the first game of air hockey the table shuts off right in the middle of playing. I went to talk to the manager Callie and express my frustrations with everything. Only to be told that they cannot refund me because they're too busy. But could give me a $10 arcade card. They were willing to give me $10 back out of the $180 I spent for the 3 hour passes that I only used on 2 attractions and one didn't even work through a full game. I will not be coming back. They have poor customer service and need to learn how to block adult websites on public computers. All that runs this place is a bunch of kids with poor customer service. read more

My kids don't want to go back. It doesn't matter if it is fun to others or not, if my kids no longer want to go then it must be a one star for me. Read below if interested in why. We bought summer passes, largely on the promotion of a "$50 arcade card included." A friend picked up our passes and was told but forgot to pass on that the arcade cards offered excluded getting tickets and prizes. While the heartbreaking disappointment of my children (my daughter described dealing like she was "broken in half" when she found out), thinking they had earned several thousand tickets and then being told they had nothing, isn't entirely on RUSH, the fact remains it is a bad and penny pinching promotion. The arcade games are only fun BECAUSE the kids win tickets. No tickets means the $50 card actually is worth $0 of fun; completely worthless. And with the garbage prizes offered, a few thousand tickets might get the kids $5 to $10 worth of throw-away toys or candy. It wouldn't have cost much to make this worthless promotion have some actual value, so it was just penny pinching on the part of owners or management. If the arcade cards were not to offer a real arcade experience then they should not have been offered at all. Next, they don't seem proud if the details of their valueless promotion, since those details are only told to you at time of purchase in person. If i was there to buy my pass I might have changed my mind on hearing the details, but the friend who worked close by and offered to pick up my passes didn't know what to do with this new information (she does not have children, you see). If the arcade cards exclude the arcade experience, as they did, then let us know that in your advertising and not verbally right as we are purchasing. All together, the mistakes of the owners and management culminated in a ruined experience. Based on this i advise using your entertainment dollars on other businesses that are willing to earn it. read more

And based on other reviews my understanding is the owner also provides terrible service "We had lots of fun at the rush funplex (until the end starting with my 3yr old being removed from a ride bc he crashed a kiddie cart 2x, not on purpose and was heartbroken) HOWEVER they have HORRIBLE customer service and their employees are never on the same page and all give different answers. We were just there 2 weeks earlier and didnt have to pay for a scooter rental. Today we had to pay and couldnt get my deposit back for 2 scooters bc i didnt have the receipt EVEN THOUGH I RETURNED 2 SCOOTERS. Thats $20!! I asked the manager if she could look it up on my credit card and she said "i probably could but i still need the receipt" (which they never told me i needed to keep it) i was clearly pissed and i said to the manager "i spent over 100$ today and your going to lose my business over a 20$ deposit" and she shrugged her shoulders at me! 3 people told me different things and prices as well. Such a shame esp since we were planning our twins birthday party there which usually is 20 to 25 kids. Guess Ill have to take my business else where. I deleted my last rating which was a 5. So to start off do would like to say the upgrades then did are pretty nice. Major problem I had with this place is the pricing and the customer service. All they had is a straight fee of 10 per hour for everything. This is ok if your kid is 4+ if you're kid is below 4 the options start to dwindle and mine which is 2 and a half was only able to do the bounce houses. They should really have pricing options for 3 and under since they are so limited. Also when I brought this up to the manager to get some of my money back he gave me major attitude and said "most 3 year olds can do this" implying my kid is slow or something. Very rude to say the least. So long story short. This place is not for young kids. Go to a bounce house place instead. read more

It has been a very long time sine we've had this much fun as a family!!!! I have 5 kids ages 14, 12, 8, 4, 4 everyone of us had a blast. My 14 and 12 year old learned how to skate for the first time while the younger 3 played in the foam pit. It was hilarious watching my older 2 hold hands and slowly step and "glide" around the rink falling with each move. I LOVE that everything at Rush is included in the price! (Except for the arcade games, but that is expected) I hate going somewhere and seeing one or a few of the activities have additional charges. My older kids (and husband) loved the go carts and laser tag. My twins were scared to play in the dark so I took the opportunity to buy an arcade card, I was presently surprised to see with most of the amounts there were bonus credits given. I went with $20 which gave me 80 credits plus 20 extra credits. We spent a good hour playing and earning tickets that were just loaded onto my same card. My husband and I even got in on the air hockey table which was unlike any I have ever seen. I really loved not having to hold all the tickets the kids won, that part is always a pain for the parents. Overall I was incredibly impressed with Rush. It is super clean and set up in a way to get people through the lines quickly and efficiently. Every single one of the staff members I interacted with were friendly and very helpful. For the 3 hours we were there, we were able to do so much. We will definitely be back! read more

We came only to swim and the facilities were satisfactory. The only thing you need to know about the open swim is that they book parties, so make sure you call ahead to check for availability. Luckily our little ones only needed to swim for a few hours before they closed early. My only other experience is bringing my summer school students here for a field trip and I don't have any complaints. Overall I think my visits have been positive and will bring my kids for swim in the summer. It is nice that they do have the large garage doors that open to rid the air of the chlorinated scent of the water like other indoor pools. read more

This place is the BEST!! They frequently have deals & coupons so you can get 3 hours of play for $10, which is a STEAL! The options are limitless- rollerskating, rock wall, bumper cars, go carts, laser tag, bowling, mini golf, & on & on. The music is enough to make you wanna die while you wait, but it's well worth the excitement (& exhaustion) level of your kids when you leave. Super unprofessional place. Ordered food and was told it would take 15 min and instead it took an hour. In the end the food was absolutely cold and tasteless. My brother wanted to rock climb and the lady working in that corner was so rude. She just told my nine year old brother to get a harness and put it on without any instructions on how to do it. Then when I asked her to show my brother how to do it, she just had the worst attitude telling him to do it so effortlessly. In the end the harness got so loose on its own that if he wouldn't have got off when he did, he would've fell and got hurt. Might I add that she never let us in while we waited in line, all she did was gossip with someone near her until I spoke up. She was working right now 3/5/22 and she said she stops working today at 9, she had glasses. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Unorganized. That is all I have to say. read more

Biggest waste of money it's a expensive crap show. The workers don't know what's included with what....then after buying the all included passes go karts where closed and laser tag was closed and bowling was a 30 min wait and bumper car line had 2 workers working but they weren't , so a extremely long line. I had to get help for ever other arcade game my kids played. Finally got to bowl that was fun. Then came time to get the prizes there was 4 workers finally one was like do u need help.....I was like yes I have 3 separate kids and cards and then she helped one of my kids and the other 3 kids talked and laughed and never acknowledged me. That's fine I woul advise you to just skip the prizes they are 100 tickets for a "25cent" bouncy ball. The kicker is I paid $100 for all u could do but could only really do 3 out of the 5 options they provided. Then game cards are $20 to play 3 arcade games at most .... Soo 200 for 5bouncy balls ...
