Way too many glitches with their system (was not billing monthly and I had to keep supplying my credit card info, problems finding their waivers even though I signed multiple times). Bought a deal online. The online offer shows available. We drove an hour to bring my kids to this. When we arrive they have signs saying they no longer will accept the deal we purchased. Having an active 10 year old means we get to see a lot of trampoline parks. Fly High seems to be our favorite for a few reasons. First, the size of the place. It is massive and there are a lot of different activities for the kiddos under one roof. Staffing seems to be an issue during the 'Rona so not all of the experiences are open at all times but they do a good job rotating through them. Second, this place really isn't expensive. Watch for Groupon promotions and it gets even cheaper. Overall good value for the price you pay. Third, and most important to me, is this place has great ventilation inside and it remains very temperate, year round. The great air movement also takes an environment that is prone to smell like feet and ass and makes it pleasant. read more

This place is really fun for kids. They stay entertained for quite awhile. I bought my kids memberships. The food bar is not terribly priced either. My main complaint and the reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is because there is NO decent seating for parents. The chairs are all very uncomfortable, especially the stools in the eating area. It is not a great place to hang out while kids play which kind of defeats the purpose of the memberships. Hoping they'll get better seating/waiting areas soon. read more

Our little's chose Flyhigh for their combined birthday party today and we couldn't be happier with how it went! They made it so easy for us. We got a table as part of the party we created and it was perfect!! We showed up, everything was set up and ready, complete with tables placements for 14, napkins, dessert plate, food plate and cup, in customizable colors. We were able to bring in our own cake and ice-cream as well. In our group we were celebrating birthdays for two younger kids, but we invited families with order kids and they LOVED IT! Our party hostess Celine, took great care of us, making sure we had things when we needed them, and making sure everything was stress free! I can't say enough good about this experience. Not sure why this place has 3 1/2 . This place is huge and awesome I have taken my kids to many trampoline parks and this one was really awesome and HUGE. This was the first one I been to with two story buildings. The only thing I will say is their arcade is Súper out dated and needs some renovation but then again this is a trampoline park the arcade is an extra perk/revenue generator so can't blame them for trying. They also have a snack bar which is your typical bowling food. However they do have some amazing gelato. read more

We called in advance and asked if we had to pay for a party to bring food in. They said no. We came in and found a table that was filthy. It had ice cream melted into it and mystery stains. We cleaned the table ourselves and ate the food. When I get had finished an employee came up and made us pay $35 to use the table even though it was not posted anywhere on the table that we couldn't use it. We said we could move if they had other tables. They didn't have any open and made us pay. Pretty steep for a gross table. Also in regards to COVID rules there were none that we saw enforced. We were one of the only families in there that wore our face coverings. I doubt we will be coming back. read more

This Trampoline park was so clean when I brought my son and his friend to play last weekend. The staff was very friendly too!! The boys had a great time and the Zeppes ice cream treat was so good :) I even called before I came in and got all my questions answered! Fly High Trampoline Park - Happy to be out of the heat! - Arcades Near Me - Ogden, Utah

We had a blast for about 15 minutes before they had to close because the big white jump pillow in the middle of the room had deflated. They knew it was deflated and yet had no one standing by to keep people from jumping in. My brother in law jumped in not knowing it was deflated and hit the floor underneath. Thankfully not seriously injured but this was a huge safety hazard to not have a protocol in place to keep anyone from jumping in. When deflated it still wasn't obvious to kids you shouldn't jump in. I stood there and stopped at least 5 kids from jumping in it before they closed the place because there was a horrible smoke filling the room from the deflation vent. It would be good to have one employee stand by the pit and put yellow tape around it with stands to warn others to stay away while they clear the building. Staff: friendly. I would expect more staff to be on the floor observing what was going on for overall safety. I gave 3 stars because of the incident and how it was handled but not less because we did enjoy the little time we had there. I hope our next visit is much better. We still want to go back and give it another try. We were given free return passes for the trouble. Other helpful details about the place for your first visit : you need to pre- register before you purchase wrist bands. You can do that on computers there or online at home. Some people stood in line to buy wristbands and registered online on their phone. Trampoline socks are required. $3 each. Or bring socks that have the grippy bottoms. I took hospital socks my child had with grippy bottoms and those worked just fine too. For the rest of us, we used their trampoline socks. They were very good quality and comfortable. We have them saved for our next visit. read more

The overall place was good but really crowded in the afternoons. Not big enough if you want to have space to jump without possibly jumping with or into someone. But, the staff watching the areas were not the best. The three to four people were sitting in chairs having their own conversations in complete disregard to watching the kids and maintaining the safety of the area. Details about cost of party VERY unclear until the party is over and they drop a big bill on you. Incredibly disappointed about the base price and the confirmation email appearing to be one cost even showing the number of jumpers etc. Base party price includes the table and paper plates/cups. You pay full price for every jumper on top of that (plus socks), including the birthday kid . Bill was over double what was expected and manager Erin would do nothing to correct the situation, just swiped my card and showed me a printed paper under the desk that was very clearly printed, where the website & confirmation email were not. Fun place to have a party... just know what you're getting into and know that collecting their $ is more important to them than keeping a customer. read more

The kids at the front counter were really nice when we went to pay & get the kid's wristband. They did ask if we had socks for the kids, we did & had the kids put them on. Once the kids got their wrist bands on, they went into play. We had been in there for an hour, we had paid for two, when a worker approached my granddaughter and told her she couldn't jump. My daughter seen her talking to the girl so she went to see what was going on. My daughter asked to see a manager, Lance came over & told us we needed to leave, the kids couldn't jump. We asked for our money back for the hour we paid for that we weren't able to use, he said no, you can buy a pair of socks. We asked for a "complimentary " pair of socks to which he said no, that would be stealing. So basically let's steal from the people who paid, but weren't allowed a refund for the hour we weren't able to use! This place is a hot mess... They give you bounce back coupons that say you can use them Monday- Thursday. But don't go on a Tuesday because they are not valid that day. So really out of the 10 days you have to use them only a couple days are valid?? Then they had a Facebook special for discounted passes for Christmas. When you go in to get them not one person knows about it. When you show them the post they still seem very lost. After 15 mins of them trying to figure out what's going on they tell me I have to buy 7 passes to get them for $10. Their Facebook post says very clearly "6 or more". I only needed 6. When I again show them the post about the "6 or more" He tells me ya that means 7. I just laughed and left with no passes. Why offer deals you can't uphold?? read more

We've been here several times and each time was a blast! So much room for activities!! Staff has always been friendly & helpful! My sons birthday party was even between because of the attention the staff gave us. (One point though-I've seen full grown adults throw temper tantrums that would put a 3 year old to shame over policies that the employees -usually teens- have no say in. We used a Groupon for discounted tickets and paid $3 each for socks. The location is conveniently behind the mall, but instructions upon arrival aren't very clear. We waiting for 10 minutes before realizing you have to fill out a lengthy online waiver on the computers to the left, THEN you pay for wristbands. The staff was friendly. The park was very crowded due to the holiday, but I liked how people left in waves when the color of their wristband was called when their jump time ended. There were two incidents where my child accidentally jumped in a child he hadn't seen on the big pillow and another where a large child hit my child in the head in the dodgeball park. There should be more staff at each section of the park monitoring children and making sure the jump pillow is clear before another child jumps. Also, there should be a dodgeball park for small children and one for larger kiddos/teens. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I'd like to try out the new Urban Air in Clearfield which costs more, but you get what you pay for. If I have to pay more for a safer experience for my kids, I'll do it! read more
