I happily get this place five stars I've been to a lot of jump houses. This is the cleanest jump house! The employees are happy and friendly, and it made for a great day for my kids and I! Highly recommend this place :)

This place is really fun for kids. They stay entertained for quite awhile. I bought my kids memberships. The food bar is not terribly priced either. My main complaint and the reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is because there is NO decent seating for parents. The chairs are all very uncomfortable, especially the stools in the eating area. It is not a great place to hang out while kids play which kind of defeats the purpose of the memberships. Hoping they'll get better seating/waiting areas soon.

Only two stars because the staff was awful!! The girls are the front were very snotty and rude. The two boys walking around on the floor were much friendlier. Probably wouldn't ever do back to this one.

Not sure why this place has 3 1/2 . This place is huge and awesome I have taken my kids to many trampoline parks and this one was really awesome and HUGE. This was the first one I been to with two story buildings. The only thing I will say is their arcade is Súper out dated and needs some renovation but then again this is a trampoline park the arcade is an extra perk/revenue generator so can't blame them for trying. They also have a snack bar which is your typical bowling food. However they do have some amazing gelato.

Happy to be out of the heat!

Pretty fun place. It is pretty crowded and you have to buy their socks. Overall it's fun and big.

Absolute Chaos and a Total Waste of Money I rarely write…read morereviews, but our experience at Kidstopia was so profoundly disappointing that I feel obligated to warn other parents. We spent $400 for what was supposed to be a seamless, 2-hour birthday celebration, but instead, we received a masterclass in poor management and unprofessionalism. The "Welcome" from Hell We arrived with a party of 40 people for our 12:30 PM start time. Instead of being greeted, we were utterly ignored. Our entire group--including small children, elderly relatives, and guests carrying heavy gifts and cake--was forced to stand in a cramped lobby for 20 minutes. I repeatedly tried to get the attention of the staff, but I was blatantly dismissed. It was clear they were understaffed, but being treated as if we were invisible while we were paying customers is unacceptable. Stolen Time and Rushed Memories By the time they finally processed our waivers and let us into the room, it was nearly 1:00 PM. Despite the fact that the delay was entirely their fault, they gave us no grace period. We lost 25% of our paid time before we even stepped foot in the room. This meant the kids barely got to play before we had to rush through the actual "party" portion. To cap it off, at 2:30 PM sharp, they practically shoved us out the door, forcing us to scramble to pack up our belongings while they loomed over us. Inedible Food & Insulting Service The "amenities" were the most insulting part of the package: * The Food: When we opened the foil on the pizza, we were horrified to find completely raw dough. It wasn't just undercooked; it was liquid. When I pointed this out, the staff gave a half-hearted "I'm sorry" and blamed the business next door. No offer of a refund, no replacement, and zero accountability for serving a health hazard to a room full of children. * The Drinks: We were provided with cups and plates, but when I asked what was available to drink, I was told to go use the drinking fountain. For $400, I expected at least a pitcher of water or juice, not a "DIY" trip to a hallway bubbler. Final Verdict: Save Your Sanity This wasn't just a "bad day" for a business; it was a complete "rip-off." From the health code violation of the raw pizza to the blatant disrespect from the staff, Kidstopia failed on every single level. If you want your child to have a special day where they feel celebrated rather than rushed and ignored, do not book here. You are better off hosting a party in a public park--at least there, the service couldn't be any worse than this.

A delicious lunch at Costa Vida, a few hours of fun at Skinny Dogz (formerly Fat Cats,) and then a movie at the Megaplex. We were surprised to find out that Fat Cats is now called Skinny Dogz, but it was the same great place we remembered from before. The girls were excited to play laser tag, so we did that first. I was very impressed with how modern and exciting the laser tag arena was. I have played many times over the years at other places, but this arena had some really cool features I hadn't seen before, such as time delayed "laser bombs" that would hit anyone exposed in all directions. You activate them by shooting at the target enough times, then get out of the way fast! We also had a lot of fun at the arcade. At first the girls stood around not seeing anything that interested them, but after a few minutes, they found some games that they liked, and within about an hour or so they were begging us to reload their cards so they could play more. I enjoyed the air hockey table, and loved the motorcycle race game. (There were two, but the ones to the left were my favorite.) I learned that if you take first place, you get to race again for free. Before leaving, we cashed in our virtual tickets for a bunch of fun prizes. We didn't have enough to get anything big, but we had plenty of candy to eat during the movie, and a bunch of fun toys, including a super bounce ball, which my friend had to confiscate from one of the kids for bouncing it in the hallways at the movie theater later. (Ok, it wasn't one of the kids, it was me.) :) I would highly recommend Skinny Dogz as a great place to have fun with your kids or to take someone to for a fun date.

One dollar is about 2 points and a game costs 1 point. Every game is 1 point, which is nice. We got roughly an hour out of $30 worth of points which is about the same as buying the "unlimited" play. If you're taking your time, buy the points. If you're speed playing for tickets, get the unlimited. Games: the majority of things here are geared for the littles. Easy games or ride on machines that they will love. There are 12-15 games your teen and older will like, several with multiplayer options. Tickets: still a scam. You'll lay out a car payment to get enough points to buy a plastic toy and a couple Tootsie Rolls. Food: the pizza really is decent. A medium will comfortably feed 2 people and runs about $22. Not horrible and you'd spend more at a fast food joint. Worth the visit, especially with the littles. Only wish they'd bring back the scary, creepy animatronics from the 70's.

There are plenty of different types of brushes, colors, and other supplies to keep you busy for the two hours there. The process is pretty simple you choose the blank pottery, give the tag to the person, then go and start painting.
